Holiday rentals with a kayak in Lipa Noi

We just returned from an incredible week at Kove Villas, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! Our group of six adults and four children, from 1 to nearly 80 years old, felt right at home. The villa was spacious and well-maintained, just as shown in the pictures. The highlight was the pool, with a shallow area perfect for the little ones. Watching the sunset from the pool was breathtaking, especially with horses passing by. A special shoutout to the chef! They prepared a delightful mix of Western and Thai dishes that catered to our tastes. Their professionalism made our dining experiences enjoyable. We loved Kovani cafe behind the villa with an adventure playground and activities for the kids during Songkran and Easter. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was peaceful, we easily got taxis to other parts of the island. The low tide beach was perfect for crab hunting, and the kids could paddle board and kayak! Many happy memories made, thanks Ben and team!

Great place if you’re looking for a relaxing and peaceful time. The property and beach is truly beautiful. Anurak was always very responsive and helpful. I would recommend to rent a motobike to get around the island.

Sarah’s place is nothing short of perfect. We had everything we needed and more - the dry bag was very useful over Songkran! Sarah was immediately welcoming and friendly on arrival, and we felt very comfortable sitting out on our porch and swimming in the pool. All the plants & trees around the property meant we were truly surrounded by an island paradise, while also providing a lot of privacy. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom and shower were lovely, it was easy to do our laundry… the list could go on. We are already planning to stay again soon, and we can’t wait to be back in this little paradise! Thanks for a great stay :)

Strumming sunsets and peaceful luxury. When I first saw the add I thought that the photos included must have bee crazy saturated but after staying here for 4 nights, I can tel you the sunset colours are like on the pictures! The house is beautiful and has all the amenities one can need. The pool is great and there are even kayaks available if you enjoy sailing! The house is also at a good location close to temples, good restaurants, a 7/11 store and 20min walk from a food market. Jillian was also amazingly friendly and responsive. She answered all of our questions and gave us so much advice on what to do and see. I would definitely book this house again :)

The location was a mix of private beach and some places to eat and shop in the area. We loved that. The style of the villa is super chic, modern and practical. Not too big and yet comfortable for 4 people. We spent the day outside, watched a Netflix movie the evening after dinner. Chris was extremely personable, courteous, and helpful. He offers endless drinking water and coffee (which was very good by the way!) We were there during the low tide season and were still able to swim well. A standup paddle was offered, which made it easy to reach the deep water. This was also an adventure for our teenagers. We were very privileged and happy in this villa. The view is amazing! Thank you Chris and his team! We will be happy to come back.

The villa was absolutely stunning and had amazing views of the ocean and sunset particularly from the kitchen / outdoor terrace area and the master bedroom. The villa was very well maintained by the lovely team at the headland villa complex! Kate and Palm were amazing hosts and couldn’t do enough for us - we were celebrating a special birthday and they even provided a cake as complimentary they also organised massages for us one of the days in the villa! The area of the villa has a few local restaurants and easy access to the beach via stairs. The location is perfect for a relaxing break. Busier areas can be reached by taxi - lamai (25 mins), lip noi (10 mins), Bophut (45 mins). Taxis are easy to organise through the team at the headland villas or grab pick up within 10 minutes!

my wife and i had a wonderful ten days at beach villa. Villa was as described and really clean, the out door space, wow absolutely amazing, with very friendly neighbours, Communications were extremely good and Joanna went above and beyond especially when we managed to lock everything in the scooter lol thank you x, amazing restaurants and bars on the doorstep and the rest of the island not to far away for those who like to explore, would highly recommend and wouldn't think twice about returning, we were sad to leave

It was a great villa on the beach and a very nice contact with the landlord. It was all very straightforward and it was really geared to vacation feeling. Always happy to stay again!

We had an unforgettable stay at this waterfront villa with more magical sunsets from each other. The villa offers a bathroom in each bedroom, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a pool by the water. Our stay was magnified by the availability of Fon who prepared breakfasts, lunches and dinners on request for us. The drivers were at our disposal throughout the stay.
