Nice staff who were always available to help. Large villa with enough space for everything as well as regular cleaning, which made the holiday great.

Booked this for a group of 9 people to stay for 3 nights, it was absolutely amazing. We had a big area all to ourselves, when we arrived there were two lovely ladies who met us and answered all our questions. They gave us a tour of the whole house showed us all rooms and bathrooms and made us feel at home. It is definitely more than enough for 9 people, the pool area is great for relaxing and it looks out over the garden, very peaceful. Everyone loved the place, would definitely stay again

Tanya's house was even better than in the photos. A clean area in a small resort, beautiful nature, mango, frango, birds singing - I felt like I was relaxing with my grandmother in the village. The house is great, compact, clean bed linen, new refrigerator, clean bathroom, good water pressure. Chinatown is a couple of seconds walk, the nearest beach is a couple of minutes away. Nearby there are many restaurants, cafes, massage shops, bars, Maenama evening market and 7/11 store. Very quiet neighbors, friendly hosts of the resort. Separately, I want to note the deep cleaning of the house. Tanya is the best example of what the host of the house should be: she is always available, helped with a taxi, there were minor breakages in the house - she solved everything very quickly. I recommend Tanya's house 100%. I will come back again) Thank you for this month of life in a small paradise

We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had an all-round perfect stay at this villa. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. The location was quiet and pleasant, with great views. We noticed the good communication with the host in a particularly positive way – friendly, reliable and quickly accessible. We really felt comfortable and would come back any time.

Very friendly, polite host, always replied quickly. Even drove us to Bangrak beach when Bolt driver cancelled our ride because of road works (these road works were a bit inconvenient). The villa is beautiful, clean, spacy, as in pictures. The location of Dreamland residence is a bit unhandy If you don't hire car/motorcycle. We traveled by ordering Bolt, often drivers couldn't find the right way. But the beach is approximately 2 km away and many other places of interest. Electricity is a bit expensive (not included in the reservation cost). Pool was great, clean. Villa was good equipped. It was private and exactly as in pictures.

I couldnt say enough nice things about the Villa. The Villa was clean and had everything needed to make one comfortable. The Host was very nice and more than accommodating. The space was cleaned on the 4th night, which was included with the stay and was much appreciated. The Villa is located within the small local neighborhood within Bo Put. My only complaint would be the unfinished, rocky/sandy road that leads to the villa. You must be cautious as it is very easy to fall on your scooter, as i did.

What can I say the host was so accommodating to all of our needs and bent over backwards to create a safe, calm and relaxing space for our little girl. Any problems that occurred they were responsive very quickly and was dealt with immediately. Loved their villa and the magical view of the island that came with it! Beautiful location. Fabulous week - thanks so much to Nikki, Ton and the house team for a really relaxing week in this beautiful villa. Such a peaceful location right on the beachfront. Ton took care of us from start to finish, keeping the villa clean and tidy. Nikki was so helpful in recommending excursions and booking them for us, not to mention the fabulous private chef who cooked delicious meals for us on a couple of nights. The Ang Thong marine park boat trip was the highlight of our whole trip to Thailand. We loved the two or three little beach cafes, bars and a local restaurant within walking distance too. Would love to return one day.

Amazing Villa

We had a lovely stay in the villa and the host and staff were excellent in making our stay as comfortable as they could. They arranged Mr Nuy (local taxi) to get us from the airport and he was fantastic so we used him for all our evening journies. Highly recommend!

Decently priced and perfect place to stay for a family or group of friends

We had a group of six friends stay here and it was perfect. The view with the infinity pool is incredible, and Theresa and her team were so communicative and accomodating. The location is up mountain/hill of sorts, and so there isn’t much in walking distance, which was peaceful and fine for us but worth flagging. Overall, I can’t recommend the place enough and we are very grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

We had a very nice stay, although it is up a hill, it is still very conveniently located to go to the popular places especially if you have a motorbike. The villa itself and the view is very nice. Would recommend.

This place was more than we expected. Not only was you received warmly and personally (but still flexible) - we had booked the transfer with us - we were also provided with additional information about it. What I would like to highlight in particular is the easy and fast communication with the guest support in addition to the professional interaction with us. We were on site for about a week and although there were really plenty of towels, the accommodation including pool was cleaned 2x and the towels were exchanged. We were informed about this in advance via messenger service and communicated the corresponding time. It was simple, straightforward and we were able to relax wonderfully. Everything is easy to reach with a scooter, but also for the first or the last day you can easily walk to the essentials. Taxi service etc. is also offered by the accommodation. 100% recommendation - we would love to come back.

Great place to stay, definitely worth the money. It has a swimming pool which is clean and always free. Greg is super host and helped us with any questions. Location is perfect only if you have bike or car, without it difficult to get to the beach and main road. The delivery of food is also not working just 2-3 places. The only minus is the smell in the bathroom and a little smell of cigarettes in the room.

I’ve had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is located in a quiet part of the island, but still close to beautiful beaches and waterfalls. The surroundings are stunning, so many butterflies and a very quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Very kind staff, and the tie-dye workshop with the host’s mother, who is truly lovely, made the experience extra special.

Great stay in Ko Samui at Sorada's! Small cocooning house with a superb and above all peaceful view! Everything is next to the house ( laundry, 7/11 , restaurant , night market) We rented 2 scooters in Sorada which allowed us to go around the island and be self-sufficient! Everything was perfect👍! I can’t express it in words - this place is a sanctuary!! It is so clean and maintained. You are surrounded by the incredible jungle and palm trees (yes nature sounds included which i loved!!) you cannnot see or hear a single neighbour and there is honestly hardly ever traffic, cant hear anything other then beautiful rain (when it does) and insects, birds! Great undercover balcony! Not to mention the view!! You see Koh tao when it’s clear (i did everyday in may!) Natty and Joffrey go ABOVE & BEYOND to help and to explain everything and give local knowledge. They booked a taxi for me from the airport to the home, my driver Youi was so beautiful! Nice to see a woman taxi driver. They helped me with a scooter accident, let me store luggage, they are honestly the most helpful and welcoming hosts I’ve ever had! I really didn’t want to leave. This place is something very special and for the ridiculously low price you’d be silly to not!! Maenam is way better spot too, less touristy!

I was in the villa for four weeks and it was pure relaxation. It was all as described. The private beach is sensational and unique and within 2 minutes walking distance. With a delivery service you can have everything delivered very quickly directly to the villa or you can go from the villa directly by taxi to another location - that was very comfortable. The location of the villa is in a very quiet area, I really liked it and can recommend it if you are looking for peace and relaxation. The pool and small garden area around the villa gives you air to breathe and you don't feel locked in. I felt very comfortable and would have loved to stay. the villa and especially the pool were picture perfect. we reached there exactly around the sunset timing and first view in itself was a sight for sore eyes. it's cozy witha beautiful view and surrounded by nature and wildlife. Vladimir was a friendly and great host. Looking forward to a longer stay here for sure
