Holiday rentals with a sauna in Lipa Noi

Wir waren insgesamt 3 Wochen da. Ich kann es jedem weiterempfehlen. Top top top! Hier kann man in Ruhe Urlaub machen, ihr habt alles vor der Haustüre was ihr braucht 1 min geh weg. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, von Lärm bekommt ihr nicht mit. Am Pool liegen und die Sonne genießen von morgens bis abends oder 4 min zum Strand laufen. In die Sauna oder doch morgens erst Sport machen hier ist alles möglich. Wir kommen wieder! Ganz liebe Grüße nach Koh Samui!

Wir haben ein schöne Zeit in diesem Studio verbracht und war von Anfang an rundum begeistert. Elina und Olaf haben mich sehr herzlich empfangen und standen jederzeit hilfsbereit mit Antworten auf alle Fragen zur Seite, inklusive wertvoller Insider-Tipps. Das Studio selbst ist frisch renoviert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und extrem sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das stabile und schnelle Internet, ideal für alle, die auch von unterwegs arbeiten möchten. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis zu kleinen praktischen Dingen (Tischtennis Schläger, Yoga Matte, Smoothie Mixer etc.), an die man oft nicht denkt, die aber den Aufenthalt total angenehm machen. Das Studio liegt am Ende des Flurs und ist dadurch angenehm ruhig. Es gibt keinerlei Durchgangsverkehr. Ein Highlight war für mich der Pool, perfekt für alle, die gerne ihre Bahnen ziehen oder einfach entspannen möchten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv gerne wieder.

Great place to stay! Night Market is a close walk by which was perfect. The hosts were very responsive and answered any questions I had quickly! I would stay again next time for sure!!

Sarah et son conjoint ont été des hôtes super et très réceptifs. Elle s'est occupée de reserver une moto pour nous. Le condo est très spacieux avec une cuisine entière, propre et le lit est super confortable. L'eau est également fournit, ce qui fut très apprécié. Le balcon offre une vue partielle sur la mer et la route. La piscine est spacieuse et très agréable. Fisherman's Village est à environ 20 minutes de marche. Afin de bien profiter de l'île, je suggère fortement de reserver une moto, cela en vaut vraiment la peine. Dans son ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Sarah. J'y retournerais sans hésitation.

The apartment is very cozy, has everything you need and even more. Clean and large. Eve quickly fixed the problems in the apartment that occurred during our stay. Overall, we got a good impression of our stay. But the electricity bill for the month was quite high. I don't know why, maybe the air conditioner in the living room is not energy efficient, since in another apartment before this we paid twice less with the same lifestyle.

Это новый комплекс, который сдали в конце 2024. Квартира новая и свежая. Кажется до нас в квартире никто не жил. Большая кровать с отличным свежим постельным бельем. В квартире есть все для проживания. Квартира светлая и уютная. Есть большой балкон, который выходит на красивый холм. Перед балконом нет жилых построек, поэтому вашей приватности никто не помещает. Балкон огромный. На нем можно провести утреннюю зарядку, устроить ужин, работать за ноутбуком, посушить белье. На территории есть бассейн и лежаки. Есть спортивный зал. Правда из оборудования только беговые дорожки и боксерская груша. Сам дом находится в тихом месте. Но стоит пройти 100 метров, ты окажешься на оживленной улице. На улице есть бары, рестораны, массажные салоны, магазины и аптеки. Отдельно хочу отметить работу арендодателя. Он всегда был на связи и своевременно реагировал на наши просьбы. Я завидую тем, кто остановится в этом прекрасном месте. Рекомендую!

Amazing place. Everything looks exactly as pictured. Amma organized a taxi, met us at the place, and even drove us to the nearest mall. The communication was amazing! Amma is super friendly and kind. She solved every problem fast, with no issues (even when we almost broke the window on the balcony). The location is great, too. It's quiet and clean. Fisherman village is a great district, especially when the night market is on. Be sure to rent a motorbike cause the closest beach is actually almost 15 mins walk. Also, the Bangrak market is 10 mins, it's an amazing spot to buy fresh fruits, vegetables, and seafood of course. As for the beach, the Choengmoan is a 10-15 mins ride, and it's much better than the beaches around. If you want breakfast, explore the Sasatorn, their food is amazing! Highly recommend. Overall, a great stay, I really enjoyed that. If you need a small quiet apartment, make sure to book Amma's place!

We stayed here for 5 days. Location is amazing and everything is pretty walkable. In the area you will find loads of cool cafes&shops where to get what you need. Also just 1min walk from the apartment there is a cool massage spot! The apartment was lovely, bright and with good balcony where you can dry your swimming things. And have a fantastic view to the sea! :) We had very good sleeps here. Also, spacious walking in wardrobe. :) The complex has a pool which is brilliant as the days get hot. There is a gym - a bit old and rusty but you can do the basic, hehe. Just so you know if you rent this place you have to pay additional money for the water and electricity. We barely used AC, but cooked few brekkies here and had kids using the shower. So we paid all together 680baht (we stayed 5 days). And also the washing machine seemed a bit out of date as we washed our clothes and they felt still unwashed, don't know why. Thanks Kate

This condominium is a great one: apartments are spacious (50+ sq. meters), pretty quiet and peaceful. Good for living long term I think. Very close to everything. We spent a great time here and I can recommend the host.

Great house! Spacious, gym is ok, cinema is nice, amazing view, bbq by the pool was great, pool is the best part! Bedrooms upstairs have a great view from the balcony! Staff really friendly.

I stayed with my family at Villa South Beach in Koh Samui, and it was an unforgettable experience! Stunning design with Miami south beach vibes, they have really hit the nail on the head . The highlight of my stay was the incredible rooftop, which offered breathtaking views of the surrounding palm trees perfect for sunset watching in the evening. The villa is equipped with everything you need for relaxation, including a massage table (they offer to bring masseuse on request) , sauna, and an outdoor bath! Every detail is thoughtfully curated, making this place feel like a private paradise. I can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a serene getaway in Koh Samui

I cannot thank Jeffrie and his staff especially Sann enough 🙏🏽 we have spent some time in Thailand and stayed in many high end villas, Jeffries service and ammenities is next to none! The most responsive host, no matter the time 5am or midnight (hope this doesn’t keep you up Jeff 🤣) but honestly I cannot thank them enough they made our stay so pleasant and we cannot wait to be back! Thank you so much once again team 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und schön. Die Wohnung ist im Garten der Familie, es ist schön ruhig und man hat seine Privatsphäre. Man kann vom Garten direkt ins Wasser springen und das Meer ist warm und sauber. Es gibt kaum Wellen, was da Schwimmen sehr angenehm macht. Die Familie ist sehr nett und lieb und immer hilfsbereit. Sie haben sogar für uns gewaschen. Wir hatten eine so erholsame Zeit und würden immer wieder dort hingehen. Auf jeden Fall eine 10/10!

The villa was very nice and just as advertised. The host Kelli was on hand via email when,we needed her and the staff around the complex were very nice & helpful. The villa is very clean and gets cleaned once per week. It was just a nice place to stay and it felt like home. My one suggestion would be as a coffee lover with a villa so modem and nice it would have been amazing if there was a coffee pod machine, it would have been perfect to be able to have a decent coffee on the balcony as soon as you wake up instead of having to venture out. You are able to make coffee etc but a decent coffee machine would be amazing! Will definitely stay again. 10/10

We had such a lovely stay at Jeffrie's Villa! Just a 5-minute drive from Fisherman’s Village and within walking distance of a few great local restaurants, however like a lot of Thailand, the walkways aren't the easiest to get around. The location was convenient without being too busy. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although the complex was lively, we weren’t disturbed by any noise, and it still felt peaceful and relaxing. The kids especially loved the large pool and water slides! Jeffrie himself was a great host. On hand for both check-in and check-out, and always quick to respond to any questions we had, including lots of recommendations to do in the area. While the villa isn’t quite beachfront, it’s only a short 10-minute walk down to the sand through the complex. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a well-located, comfortable and amazing value stay in Koh Samui!
