Holiday rentals with a kayak in Lipa Noi

Great place if you’re looking for a relaxing and peaceful time. The property and beach is truly beautiful. Anurak was always very responsive and helpful. I would recommend to rent a motobike to get around the island.

Sarah’s place is nothing short of perfect. We had everything we needed and more - the dry bag was very useful over Songkran! Sarah was immediately welcoming and friendly on arrival, and we felt very comfortable sitting out on our porch and swimming in the pool. All the plants & trees around the property meant we were truly surrounded by an island paradise, while also providing a lot of privacy. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom and shower were lovely, it was easy to do our laundry… the list could go on. We are already planning to stay again soon, and we can’t wait to be back in this little paradise! Thanks for a great stay :)

We spent 4 nights in the beach villa. It is fantastic, the view of the sea, the very tasteful furnishings, sup available and a little away from the hustle and bustle. Restaurants and shopping are just a few meters away on foot. Chris is a great host, very helpful and easily accessible. The back wall of the house is on the main road but did not bother us. In our time, the tide was very pronounced, you could only swim in the sea until noon.

The villa was absolutely stunning and had amazing views of the ocean and sunset particularly from the kitchen / outdoor terrace area and the master bedroom. The villa was very well maintained by the lovely team at the headland villa complex! Kate and Palm were amazing hosts and couldn’t do enough for us - we were celebrating a special birthday and they even provided a cake as complimentary they also organised massages for us one of the days in the villa! The area of the villa has a few local restaurants and easy access to the beach via stairs. The location is perfect for a relaxing break. Busier areas can be reached by taxi - lamai (25 mins), lip noi (10 mins), Bophut (45 mins). Taxis are easy to organise through the team at the headland villas or grab pick up within 10 minutes!

The house is beautiful and David a great host always ready to help and give advice. The beach is also beautiful but unfortunately the tide doesn’t allow to swim so it’s a pity.

We stayed here as 2 couples for 6 nights. The place is amazing! Beds were comfy, each bedroom had its own bathroom, it was quiet (I’m a light sleeper) with solid walls. The view is unbelievable, and the beach was lovely for swimming, walking 5-10 mins to a plethora of great restaurants, and peaceful. Would definitely book again, missing it as a I write this review!

We had an unforgettable stay at this waterfront villa with more magical sunsets from each other. The villa offers a bathroom in each bedroom, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a pool by the water. Our stay was magnified by the availability of Fon who prepared breakfasts, lunches and dinners on request for us. The drivers were at our disposal throughout the stay. Thanks to our host Steve, to Fon , to our drivers for everything. If you're visiting Kho Samui, Fon and Steve will respond to all your requests and make your vacation easier. We'll be back for sure.

The villa is a really special place to stay, super comfortable and equipped with antiques extremely tasteful and classic Thai. Super pool with views of the beach. Penibularly clean and very well maintained. You are absolutely undisturbed. All rooms are air-conditioned. The great house is only surpassed by the host Kevin, who is already helpful with arrival, is always available and has given incredibly great tips and recommendations for Samui. Even with a small medical emergency, he helped and recommended a fantastic hospital. Kevin is a great host. I highly recommend him and the villa.
