Holiday houses in Linz-Land District

I spent a month at Christian and Anita’s place in Linz, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed to feel at home. What really made the experience special were the hosts themselves – Christian and Anita were incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Whether it was answering small questions or giving local tips, they were always easy to reach and super friendly. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would gladly come back anytime!

Tolle Unterkunft mit super ausgestatteter Küche. Alles fußläufig erreichbar und mit dem Bus ist man schnell im Zentrum von Linz.

Roland is a great host! Super responsive and kind 🙏🏽 the apartment is perfect for any kind of stay ( long or short) and its very peaceful, comfortable and we were very happy with all the amenities. Also for someone looking to workout, the home gym is super well equipped! ( for me it was a huge plus!). We would definitely come back.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Sabine sehr genossen. Das Haus ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos - es ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet - wir würden hier sofort einziehen. Es bietet sehr viel Platz (wir sind zu viert) und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gefrühstückt haben wir - bei Sonnenschein - im Garten. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, was wir besonders genossen haben. Es war sehr sauber! Sabine war flexibel beim check-in und die Kommunikation war super. Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen und haben es sehr bedauert, dass wir nur für ein Wochenende da waren. Wir kommen jedoch sehr gerne wieder :-)

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is very nice, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We were impressed by the very big attention to the small details, as you can find everything you need there for the stay. We and our kids enjoyed the big cozy living room, terrace in the amazing apple tree garden with the flowers. You can find lots of interesting places for some sightseeing - Wels, Linz etc. are just 15-20 away by car. For the kids we would strongly recommend Wels science museum and small city routes + zoo. Small bakery is 4 min on foot from the house, supermarkets/cafes are also very near. The host is super hospitable, thanks a lot for all the recommendations provided.

The apartment is nicely and modernly furnished, the kitchen has all the amenities needed. Overall, would definitely recommend this place!

Tolle moderne Unterkunft in Linz. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig erreichbar. Perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit, auch für mehrere Tage danke sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter!
