Very nice and clean apartment. There was everything you need for a comfortable stay. My friend felt very comfortable there. Communication was very easy and pleasant. If I ever look for accommodation in the area again we will definitely stay at this place again. I highly recommend

Ich habe mich in der Wohnung von Harald sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt abseits von Verkehrslärm. Harald hat sich um alle Anliegen sehr zuvorkommend gekümmert. Ich komme gerne wieder.

We had a perfect stay in Linz, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, very clean and bright. Petra is one of the kindest host we met and if we"ll return we"ll definitely contact her. We warmly recommend Petra" s apartment!

Really great place in a calm neighborhood, but with easy accessibility to city center. Place is clean, spacious, there is a supermarket 3min walk, bus stop right outside the door. Communication with Julia was super easy and fast.

Schöner Aufenthalt, reibungslose Kommunikation, Friedliche Lage mit Supermärkte nebenan. Insgesamt hatten wir eine Tolle Zeit und es hat alles super gepasst.

Josip hat uns eine wunderschöne Maisonette-Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir konnten ihn jederzeit schnell erreichen, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Jede Ecke hat ihren eigenen Charme, und wir haben uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, und auch der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert. Wir waren begeistert und können einen Aufenthalt bei Josef nur weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Anche se il nostro soggiorno Non è stato per un viaggio di piacere però non abbiamo trovato alcune difficoltà tranne la lingua siamo state molto molto bene L'unica pecca che mancava nell'appartamento una scopa una palettina ed un mop per pavimenti visto che il nostro soggiorno è stato un po' lungo per il resto era tutto perfetto Grazie Emmanuel

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unser Team von 3 Kollegen. Sauber, komfortabel und richtig gut ausgestattet mit allem, was sie für einen produktiven Aufenthalt brauchten. Bela war sehr freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und möchten uns noch einmal recht herzlich für diese angenehme Zeit bedanken!

I had a great vacation. Easy to find, parking spot, close enough to the city by car. The apartment is just like in the pictures, very clean and well equipped. Maria was very nice and helpful. I would be happy to book again

Wir haben die Unterkunft für 4 Nächte gebucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war grds wie beschrieben. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Können Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

I was very satisfied with the apartment and with the Landlord. The apartment is located next to Rudolfstrasse tram stop, where all Linzer Trams has a stop. Therefore it is very easy to move from end of the city to another one. Another advantage is that the apartment has a place to park your car, as it is very difficult to find a parking place in the vicinity of the apartment. Also, there was a place to store my bicycle during my stay (there is a lot of bicycke paths that starts nearby). City center is an a walking distance and the Danube river (for evening walks) as well. Shopping opportunities for daily needs are abundant in the vicinity. The apartment was exactly as it is on the pictures on the Internet. Communication with Mrs. Marlies was easy and I had all the information necessary for smooth arrival and check-in. The apartment was regularly cleaned (I was staying for 4 weeks), the blankets, and toilet and kitchen amenities refilled regularly. I strongly recommend. J

Hello! We really enjoyed the location — being close to the Danube River with local restaurants right by the water was a lovely touch. The accommodation is spacious, with three large rooms, and comes with many useful items like toothpaste, soap, and wonderfully scented towels. We only stayed for one night and left early in the morning, but it’s worth noting that we could hear some noise due to the property being next to a main road. The sofa beds in the living room aren’t very comfortable and it’s also important to mention that you need to cross an outdoor area to access the bathroom. One thing to point out is that we messaged the host asking for a few local suggestions, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response. Despite these small points, we really liked the place and it suited our needs perfectly!

Tolle Lage - ruhige Umgebung und dennoch gut erreichbar mit Bus der fast vor der Haustür hält. Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Alles genau so wie es beschrieben wurde. Preis/Leistung finde ich top!

Umwerfendes Airbnb über den Dächern von Linz. Sauber und top ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit den sehr freundlichen Gastgebern einwandfrei. Nur zu empfehlen!

Unfassbar nette und zuverlässige Betreuung. Super Austattung und mega sauber. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde die Unterkunft definitiv nochmal buchen.
