The beautiful new building apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and car parking space is present. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Sheets and towels are provided.

Bruchhausen has a lot to offer and is located on a spacious terrace on the edge of the Rhein-Westerwald Nature Park above the Rhine Valley with views of the Hocheifel and the Siebengebirge. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, schöne Spaziergänge und Wanderungen in das Siebengebirge oder zum Rhein sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich.
