There is a large terrace and a garden with a jacuzzi, barbecue and ping-pong table. Less than 10 minutes from the ocean and Lake Léon, where you will find many water activities (pedal boats, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding). Access to bike paths is less than 2 minutes away. There is a sports complex 400 m away (basketball, football, skate park, boules court) *pets allowed
