A little paradise in the heart of the village of Linxe! Forest all around, ocean 10 minutes away, shops on site, the beautiful life in perspective :) The independent studio is located in the outbuilding of the house and includes a bathroom with toilet and sink. The kitchen is to be shared with me and is located in the main house (fridge in the studio). Shared access also to the covered terrace called Chill zone with electricity and sofa. Cleaning will be done by you. if this is not the case, a payout of 120 euros will be requested upon your departure.

We will be happy to host you in an idyllic setting on an 8000 m2 plot consisting of a resin house and outbuildings located on a large park planted with oaks, surrounded by forest on all horizons, in absolute calm, with only deer, rabbits and birds as neighbors: owl, cuckoo, turtledove,... and cicadas. No roads within 2 km.
