Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful environment by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat trip and the view of the lake from the large terrace. Just a few minutes away, there is a swimming area, a café and a kiosk. The summer offers swimming, fishing or boating excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility of (or on) the ice.
