Modern Functionalist house in the scenic Viga in Spind for rent. The house was built in 2018 and is of a high standard. The ground floor features an entrance hall, laundry room, bathroom, TV lounge with sofa bed and three bedrooms, each with two single beds. On the second floor, you will find a large kitchen and living area with a dining area and a TV corner, as well as a master bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. Large terrace with several seating areas, a jacuzzi, a fire pit and great views. Perfect for families and groups of friends who want a stay right by the sea and nature.

Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Located about 1.5 km within walking distance of Lindesnes Lighthouse (you can see the lighthouse from the garden). 2-minute walk to the sea with a beautiful archipelago. Great hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. Option to borrow a boat (15 ft) with 25 hp (the tenant pays for petrol + 2% oil, see other information) and a canoe by arrangement. The house is furnished with a modern kitchen and is of a consistently high standard. Small, sheltered garden with a large terrace and a nice view of the sea.
