Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

Lind is located at an elevation (479 m) in the district of Ahrweiler, about 4 km from Ahrbrück. Shopping in Ahrbrück. The ideal apartment for those seeking peace, hikers, nature lovers or craftsmen/fitters who are working in the Ahr valley for some time. Cozy apartment with separate entrance in the basement with living room, kitchen, bedroom, terrace and private bathroom/toilet. Other things to note The double bed in the bedroom is 1.80 × 2.00 m, and the sofa bed in the living room is 1.40 × 2.00 m.

Eine ruhige und gemütliche Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Blick in die Weite. Das kleine Häuschen nennt sich "Sonnenhaus" und liegt im wunderbaren, von Natur umgegebenen Ort Aremberg in der Eifel. Das Sonnenhaus verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, ein Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche mit Kamin und ein ganz neu gebautes Badezimmer. Im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche gibt es je einen Kaminofen zum heizen. Das Bad ist mit einer elektrischen Heizung zu wärmen.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

By bus ( stop in 3min walking distance) you can reach Bonn city center in about 12-15min.
