Great place to stay overnight while skiing in Maine!

The staff were super friendly and kind. They were like family and us feel right at home. The place is like, if you’ve ever been to summer camp? Great place to stay calm and enjoy the North Eastern scenery.

Have stayed with this owner before at a different property, and nothing has changed. The property’s here at RiverWalk are fantastic, and the units I have stayed at are impeccably clean and beautifully located. Communication is always timely and clear; just wonderful people to deal with. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The Resort is very well maintained and clean. The location is great in the center of Loon with plenty of restaurants within walking distance or very close ride. The room was spacious and perfect for 4 ppl with a full kitchen and Island for eating.

We will definitely be back. Our family enjoyed the space and location. The room was 2x the size of a neighboring hotel's room at the same price. Well worth it. Will come back again.

The suite was worth the price we paid for sure and was great for us with 3 babies. It was pricier because of the time of year but much cheaper than any other hotel suites in the area. I was a little nervous at first when I chose to rent a privately owned timeshare because the description of the room wasn’t 100% clear. There were numerous photos of suites that we would “possibly” get. It was led to believe that we would get what was available when we got there; as long as it had the number of beds you were expecting. For it being much more affordable, I decided to go with it. I was pleasantly surprised and reassured once we got into room and it was exactly what we booked. It was extremely clean and we had way more amenities with this booking than we would have ever had with any other hotel room. I had everything I needed for my family for our mini vacation. This is perfect for people with young children. I loved our stay and will book again! Thank you.

Our stay at your place was very nice , it was the right place , near so many attractions and very comfortable . The coffee pot was the best thank you :) and the clean room was a plus . Very comfortable beds , got to see many blue birds thru the window 🙏🏽

This is a great place to stay in Lincoln and have easy access to the White Mountains. The room is in the South Mountain Resort, immediately adjacent to the Riverwalk Resort and within walking distance to a number of great places to eat & drink. Our focus was to do hiking and snowshoeing. The front desk was very helpful in terms of providing information and places to see in the area. The room had an electric fireplace for ambiance and a large/modern bathroom & shower. The room was clean, well-maintained and would be a great place for staying longer than the weekend.

Ace was a fantastic host. Great communication and very friendly. The place was easily walkable to the downtown area. Only a street away from one of my favorite restaurants, Horsefeathers! Check in was as described and the pool/hot tub was definitely our favorite amenity. Recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Jo-Ann’s big studio! The space was spotless and offered a quiet, relaxing environment at night, making it a perfect retreat after our activities. The location was ideal—we enjoyed skiing nearby and savoring delicious meals at the resort restaurants. One of the highlights was the beautiful outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi, which were perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Jo-Ann was a thoughtful and responsive host, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a cozy and enjoyable getaway!

We enjoyed staying here for a winter vacation. The onsite activities were especially appreciated because it snowed some of the time we were there, followed by below freezing temps. We were thankful to have activities onsite to do with our kiddos. Thanks!

Our stay at South Mountain was wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of four. Checkin was streamless. Our two younger kids (4 and 2) loved the resort but especially the pool and small game room. The proximity of the resorts to everthink you need for a NH vaca is perfect.

It is so relaxing to sit on the balcony, listening to someone somewhere playing bagpipes. The French doors with screens were a nice feature. We ended up bringing our son, so having a second bathroom and fold-out sofa was VERY handy. Bathroom features were lovely. The tub IN the bedroom was a great place to drape clothes! (LOL!) Sufficient bedside outlets was a little thing that makes a big difference. Walking distance to the grocery store and a couple of nice restaurants was great. AND we managed to avoid the timeshare sales people so our weekend was unblemished. We know they're there and we know to avoid them, so it's worth it for the lovely room.
