Secluded private suite, separate private entrance, 6 acres of a smoking free property. Contactless check in key pad. Large windows, electric kettle, pour over coffee maker. Coffee, tea bags, sugar, mini fridge provided. No kitchen. Property abuts Pemi River with swimming hole. Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking. Restaurants abound.

Newly renovated two bedroom apartment in historic North Woodstock home. Built in 1917 “Grumblenot” has been enjoyed as a basecamp for fun in the White mountains for over a century. Located a half mile from the restaurants and shops in downtown North Woodstock, 4 miles to Loon, 10 miles to Cannon and across the street from one of the most popular swim spots on the Pemi.
