Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lincoln

Mario is a great host! Very responsive. Very accommodating and very friendly. House was exactly how the pictures were and VERY clean. Lots of room for 6 people. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.

The location could not have been better with gorgeous views and easy to get to all of the activities we wanted to do! The accommodations were just what we needed, and we loved the games they had!

We had a wonderful long weekend staying at Sue’s place. It was myself, husband, our 5month old baby, my mom, and 2 dogs! There was plenty of room. The home was equipped with everything we could have needed. The area was great to walk the dogs and the baby. Just a short walk to town which was awesome! Sue was great communicating about things at the house. We will definitely book there again.

Perfect location - with in walking distance to two lakes and many amenities!!! The home was very clean and everything that you need was provided for an outstanding vacation. We took our two golden retrievers and the fenced in side yard made it very convenient to sit outside around the fire pit. The hosts were always available for any questions. We highly recommend a stay at this home!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this family farmhouse. The hosts were welcoming and great communicators. The house is on a quiet residential street. We had everything we needed - fans, kitchen utensils and gadgets, linens, and towels. It was nice to stay at a place that the owners stay in because there were comfort and convenience items (like lamps in the right places, comfortable seating arranged for group conversation, coasters, throws) that are often overlooked in places that are set up solely for AirBnb rentals. Lots of games - the big room would be perfect for families with active children.

Bonnie's home in Limerick was great, exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful home, great location and clean and welcoming. Everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and a cozy feel that was perfect for spending Christmas in Maine with our family.

What an Absolute Blessing finding this perfect piece of paradise - So beautifully decorated with every comfort provided. Cozy and quiet, just what were looking for !! Sipping on our morning coffee being visited by two cheerful chipmunks a couple of chubby squirrels and a colorful blue Jay was an extra delight ... The detail and all your special touches made our trip complete. The fresh-cut flowers in every room made me smile every time I saw them! The special touches, the unexpected breakfast, to the snacks. Firstly this is not just some ordinary room. This is an amazing full bed and breakfast experience run by 2 hospitality professionals that are top notch at what they do. This B&B is a HIDDEN GEM!! If you aren't immediately entranced by the views of the sun rising and setting over a pristine mountain lake you will be lost in the beauty and character of the building which is full of eye catching art. Shelia and Bruce were a joy to conversate with and were some of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. They are very pet friendly and treated our dog like family! As for the garnet suite the room is gorgeous and feels luxurious. The bathroom is a stunner and very large and open, it is so relaxing and the green jade marble tiling adds a gorgeous touch. What are you waiting for?! Book this B&B you will not regret it!! I rarely write reviews but had to since I was so blown away.

A very cute basement apartment below a family home with plenty of space to explore. We had only stayed one night but would’ve felt comfortable staying longer in this lovely space. The hosts provided many snacks in a little welcome basket as well as ingredients to make breakfast sandwiches. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice retreat with a lovely space around them.

Spent just one night to go skiing. Host was responsive and friendly and let me check in at my convenience. Nice selection of breakfast foods, fruit and water...even hand warmers if needed on the slope. Very pleasant stay. Easy parking and convenient location. I'd stay again.

Mary and Jim were great hosts. Mary in particular was hilarious; she shared many interesting stories with my friend and me. She took us on a mini tour of the grounds of her house which had magnificent views of the White Mountains all around. She gave us recommendations for short day hikes with great views. Cell reception is poor so keep your GPS on after you arrive. The house had a cozy, homey, welcoming vibe. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. We ate fresh eggs for breakfast from Mary’s hens. The best part of our trip were her dogs Dougal and Fergus who were very enthusiastic and playful, and the flock of hummingbirds that arrived in the late afternoon to drink from the feeder. 100% recommend staying here for a relaxing nature getaway from the city.

Bjorn and Elaine know how look after their guests. It was a pleasure to stay with them whilst exploring the White Mountains region. They gave good food recommendations nearby, made me extra coffee for my flask and asked me about the adventures I had been on. Perfect hosting! The room was super clean and comfortable with space to park the car and lovely indoor and outdoor areas for guests to enjoy a coffee or a beer. Will stay there again if I’m in town.

Words can’t properly express how peaceful this location is, and what amazing hosts Victoria and George are. I was there for a quiet few days with my dog, and Victoria and George made it the most comfortable and serene experience. I recommend enjoying a lovely homemade lunch at the restaurant/post office/general store in town, then coming back to a fire that George creates for you, in their well appointed living room. Enjoy the sauna, reading room, and views, and experience a get away like no other. I’ve already secured a return trip in a few months!

Bonnie & Doug were the best hosts! Accommodations perfect for our needs. Large bedroom with sitting area, light & airy. Private full bath and private entrance. Very nice patio outside and a wonderful front porch/room where we had breakfast (delicious!) . Bonnie's recommendations for attractions & restaurants were great. We actually were able to see all the recommended attractions and loved them! Doug's pottery is beautiful and he showed us how he makes his spectacular lamps that he has on display in his store. Such good people who were very comfortable to be with. Shared good conversations. We would highly recommend this couple's B&B.

Claudia was an awesome host and very responsive. We had a good night stay in a nice private bedroom with private bathroom. We really appreciated her hospitality with breakfast food that was left out so kindly for us. Although it was such a brief stay on our road trip, we will consider staying here again in the future if we are in the area!

Buddy’s place was incredible!!! The view from your room is gorgeous and breakfast will be the best you will ever have. Smooth check-in, communication, and parking. Wonderful company and conversation - plus, an adorable dog. :) Beautiful hikes only a 10 min drive away. We cannot wait to return again!

My second stay in another lovely room with a private bathroom. April is such a welcoming host, and her place is incredibly well-cared for and stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommended!
