Very comfortable apartment with all the amenities you would need for a long or short-term stay. Just like the description and the photos. Jess was a responsive host. Would recommend!

Scott exceeded our expectations as did his place. Gifts, supplies, quiet, comfort. There was a few nites I strongly suspected cigarette smoke (in this NON SMOKING Bldg), Scott and The HOA president took care of the issue with amazing speed and persistence. So grateful.

All the information and directions were easy to follow and no issues getting in. Overall a clean and comfortable place. Appreciated the ear plugs provided for outside traffic noise and the tower fans in each room.

Barrie's condo was the best equipped, most thoughtful AirBNB we've ever stayed. An abundance of device chargers, terrific streaming services, coffee, bathroom essentials, etc. We walked everywhere to great restaurants, breweries, and live music. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Lincoln!

Condo is in the perfect location. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Morgan was very helpful and super responsive when we needed her. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again if back in the area.

Travis and Joni were fantastic hosts. They reached out to us to ask if there was anything we needed. They were very responsive and helped us with anything we needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, not far from a Runza restaurant and other stores.

We loved this home and this host! We came for 3 nights to celebrate my 50th and Easter with the family. 10 of us from age 5 months to 51! What a beautiful home to spend our time in! The kitchen table is large enough for us all- the open areas made hanging out so easy and the bedrooms were spaced so everyone had their privacy and close bathrooms! We told Shey we were coming with a toddler and an infancy. She had toys and a pack and play and a baby bath sling out for us. So considerate! The play space was perfect for the toddler - we all had a blast! The little touches around the house were appreciated! Cotton balls and qtips… shampoo/conditioner and body wash in all the showers. Kleenex around the house and hangers in the closets! The location is great too! Close to so much! It was a perfect weekend! Thank you for being a wonderful host!!!!

Our stay in Lincoln was outstanding - The house was so cute and very comfortable for our family of 5. Our teens loved the downstairs with mini-basketball and foosball table! And my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the deck. The location was perfectly situated for quick access to UNL and everything we needed during our stay. We had a little hiccup with the door code, but Huynh responded immediately and we were able to get in right away. Highly recommend!

We rented both homes for my daughter's wedding and that was the perfect thing for us. One house is where we deposited our young adult kids and we took over the second house. The kitchen and dining room were big enough to host a "meet the in-laws" dinner prepared by a personal friend who is a chef. The hot tub was a relief after our long stressful days. We had a variety of people in and out over the course of our 5 night stay though we never did fill up all the beds!

This was the perfect house for our group of 7 to visit Lincoln and attend a football game. We had a great time.

My son graduated from University of Nebraska this weekend and we needed a place where all of our family could stay comfortably. (We are from out of state, and there were 10 of us. The price was comparable to 5 hotel rooms and much nicer!) It took us about 27 minutes to get to Memorial Stadium for graduation. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with soft towels and nice linens. Everything was very clean. The property is gorgeous. We took several great family photos. Perfect area for bird watchers. Very private and peaceful. Watching the thunderstorms from the sun room and sunsets from the dock area were highlights of the evening. The basketball court was fun. Joe was very responsive. Easy to check in. We loved it. One of our favorite Airbnb rentals ever. Highly recommended if you have a large family.

I recommend Katy’s place to anybody visiting Lincoln. She is flexible and friendly. I arrived around 11pm at Lincoln and she gave me options for checking in. She is also very responsive to any questions you may have.

This house was perfect for our stay. It was walking distance from family who we were visiting, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. LOVED the hot tub and wish we'd had time to use it even more! Danny and his team were very responsive and friendly, and even provided local restaurant recommendations (some of which included additional deals/discounts as part of the stay). Would definitely stay again.
