Ground level, no steps. Great lake view. Close to shopping mall, restaurants, bars and nightlife. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed , a full bathroom, TV with cable . It has a sliding patio door that opens to the deck overlooking the lake. Spare bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV with cable; full length windows that overlook the lake. The kitchen has new cabinets and granite counter tops, stainless appliances. Non-smoking and no pets.

A screened-in deck provides a view of the serene lake and nearby boat slips. A wooden table holds multiple candles, while black chairs complement the outdoor space. The scene is enhanced by the bright blue sky and gentle greenery along the shoreline.
