Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. This small 45m2 stone outbuilding adjoining the owners' main house, is located on a one-way and quiet street. Parking on the street is free of charge. The space has been thoughtfully appointed. Renovated in 2024 with the support of the CAMVS, this little house will delight you!

Located on the 3rd floor with elevator. Neighborhood with many restaurants around and metro 5 mins away. Very good quality Yamaha piano. I will be happy to offer my apartment to people who will be respectful of it. My apartment is not a hotel, it is an inhabited and lively place.
