Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

There is a private entrance and there are parking facilities in the street outside - Public free parking spaces. There is a short distance to the city's local shops, restaurants , groceries and to Lillesand boat harbor. During the summer season there is a bustling people and boating in the city and there are Sunday open shops throughout the season

Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.
