Only 20 minutes away from Dyreparken in Kristiansand, short distance to hiking trails, swimming beaches and the city center. Playground just off the driveway. Secluded, unashamed and sunny place, on a small farm at Hesnes. Here it is with a lot of space, 6 km away from Grimstad We have a swimming beach and jetty 200 meters away from the house. Here you live in the middle of a nice hiking areas, with a lot of forest and trails right outside the door. There is also proximity to golf course and Hesnes Hartneri, as well as the Marivold swimming area. Short way to the zoo in Kristiansand. Here you wake up to birds singing and no noise We have a gated garden and plenty of room. We do not want partying or youth groups.

It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

The house is located at the very end of the car road, so there is no traffic in the area. 50 meters to the beach and jetty by boat included in the rent. Long shallow beach that is a good fit for the little ones. Large lawn with trampoline by beach. Sup boards and kayaks can be borrowed. By boat, you will be in Norway's finest archipelago with many small islets and islands available for everyone.
