In a green & quiet setting of a magnificent 15th century castle located at the entrance of our beautiful medieval city of Dinan, you will stay in a 54 m2 loft apartment on the ground floor of the main building. You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Chaque logements peut être loués séparément ou ensemble. Un espace bien être, situé à part, est proposé en option et sur réservation : jacuzzi, sauna et hammam.

Bakery 150 m away, small supermarket and train station in the village. Beautiful beaches 12 km away. Bike paths nearby. At 3 km, you can reach the shingle for walks, shore fishing or swimming at high tide!

Bienvenue à «La Mongatelais » Réservez d'ores et déjà votre séjour dans cette charmante et spacieuse maison dans un endroit paisible. La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personne. Notre maison dispose d'une terrasse et d'un grand terrain, sur lequel vos enfants pourront s'amuser en sécurité et dans le calme, il est partagé avec notre 2eme gîte, mais les terrasses sont séparées. Notre logement est idéalement situé proche de Saint-Malo, Dinan et du Mont Saint-Michel.

Charming fisherman's house 150 m from the beach in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in France ideally located close to all the must-see sites Saint Malo, Cancale, Le Mont Saint Michel Immediate proximity to shops where everything is done on foot :) grocery store, bakery, bar, crepe shop, restaurant. In front of the house, you will enjoy a very sunny space to have breakfasts. From the bedroom you can access a charming walled garden that is also sunny.
