Very nice, bright , quiet and spacious accommodation. There is everything you need. A big plus is the conservatory and garden. Train station is 15 minutes away and from there you can quickly get to Nice and surroundings. We felt very comfortable and are happy to recommend the accommodation. The sea behind the house, the ease with which you can reach it and the well-organized spaces of the accommodation are not enough to describe the place. It is an immersive feeling in sea life that you experience, above all it represents the authenticity of Genoa: sincere in its strengths and weaknesses, however and always itself. Corrado's beautiful home is a part of his personality, which tells us about his experiences, his stories, always consistent and never trivial. It was a beautiful feeling. Have a good trip, Corrado. I think we'll see each other again.

We were looking for a place to work remotely and explore—and this location was perfect! Just a short walk to a big supermarket, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and a few gyms nearby. What truly amazed us was the closeness to the sea and the long, wide promenade. In about 20 minutes (along the coast!), you can reach the train station with connections to Nice, Cannes, and Monaco. There’s also a nearby bus stop with routes to surrounding towns. We worked remotely and had everything we needed—fast internet, a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Everything matched the description, and the place even felt more spacious than in the photos. Highly recommended—whether you want to relax, work, explore, or do it all! Great location by the Sea

Thank you, dear Sara, for providing your apartment. The apartment is very clean and has a fantastic location with direct beach access. The ceiling height is a bit low in the shower and in the bedrooms, but we are both quite tall. We were able to arrange it very well and for us it was not a problem. We all (including children 5 and 10 years) felt very comfortable and recommend the apartment 100%. Sara is very sweet and accommodating, thank you very much!

Very nice, authentic accommodation in a special location directly on the sea. We felt very comfortable and most beautiful of course the terrace overlooking Portovenere at sunset. Catarina is wonderful host.
