A very nice, spacious villa, quietly located with a very nice garden and a large pool. The home was tastefully decorated and very well equipped. We felt very comfortable. Our local contact was always available, very friendly and helpful.

My absolute future dream house! Adrien was absolutely nice and welcoming, perfect and clear instructions to ensure me and my friend check in fluently. The house is even better than the picture, especially the dc player and a whole collection of phonos, undoubtedly amazing, bringing the vibe of home.

This apartment is truly spacious and offers a lovely view, making it a great place to relax. Its convenient location is a major plus, with shops nearby for easy access to everything you need. The flexible check-in and check-out times were also very accommodating. The host is fantastic, ensuring that the apartment is well-maintained and comfortable throughout your stay. Overall, it’s a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

Pleasant stay. Evelyne is welcoming and available. Clean space that matches the description/photos. Easy to park. Close to shops, however a vehicle is necessary to move around. Very beautiful region, we were able to discover Nice, Cagnes-sur-Mer, and Monaco (By train). We'll be there again.

‘one’ is a beautiful place. There were 7 of us and the place was perfect and comfortable. Each room had its own shower. We rented a van, however, this isn’t necessary as you can Uber everywhere. We went wine tasting at local wineries. We went to the market almost daily and cooked fresh and wonderful meals. We basically lived in the outdoor space and made ourselves completely at home. I cannot say enough about Simon’s and the rest of the ‘One’ team. Always responsive and accommodating. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house 💕

Perfect apartment for a working/vacation. Great location close to the centre of Villefranche although you do need to be fairly fit to climb the steps from the harbourside to the property. Roni was very helpful and met us on arrival and gave us some great tips on local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning soon.

The location is good, the kitchen to the living room bedroom and even the doors and windows of the toilet are pushed out and seen.It feels very comfortable, and it will be happy even if you don't go out.It is worth noting that one of the sofa beds is small and can only sleep one person.

We had a lovely week-long stay with friends in the Villa des Merles. Amazing views, very comfortable house, very easy and friendly contact with the concierge.. We recommend 100%.
