Located in Santa Maria di Lota, at the beginning of Cap Corse, 900 m from Miomo Beach and 700 m from a cove with access via a pedestrian path, the totally independent accommodation (attached to our villa) is composed of 2 rooms: a sea view bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower and a living room/kitchen with dining area. Guests will enjoy 2 terraces with sea and garden views. You will be surrounded by the sea, the island of Elba and the trees of the garden, Magnolia, avocado, lemon trees.

Ancient country house from the 1600s

The house is located on the Ligurian hills in the Municipality of Osiglia. It is in the countryside in a quiet, peaceful village. It is independent, on two levels. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen and the bathroom. Upstairs, climbing a staircase with stone steps, you enter the bedrooms separated by a room. In the living room there is a half bathroom for the two double bedrooms. Outside there is a large garden where you can eat under a pergola of virgin vines. The garden is completely fenced.

Our apartment allows you to enjoy with your family or friends thanks to its capacity of 6-8 persons. Ideally located at 10 minutes walk from the snow front, 2 minutes walk from the funicular or direct access to the slopes, ski in ski out. Nice area of 55M2 with balcony facing South/South West, view on the mountains and the slopes without opposite.

A room on the Oggia

A simple and romantic space, a real room without frills with a kitchenette and a small terrace overlooking the river: from here you can see a small stone bridge... and the sound of flowing water. The accommodation is a single large vault: the whole house has been restored using natural materials, lime and paints made with flour and linseed oil. For the winter months, there is a wood stove that guests can manage independently. Wood is provided for the stay.

The village is ideal for those who want to get away from the city and find tranquility. A beautiful flower garden is the setting for this structure, appropriate for both families with children and couples. Michela will be careful of all your needs. The villa is located on a first hill of Arenzano, about 2 km from the center and the sea. The road to the villa is paved and we report the presence of sharp bends, however it is passable with any car or van.

The house is located in Vergaia, a very small village on the shores of Lake Vagli, the only group of houses overlooking Fabbriche di Careggine, the ancient village that has been submerged by the waters of the lake. The village is ideal for those who want to get away from the city and for those who want to find tranquility given the very few residents.
