Welcome to Ostana, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, located in the Po Valley in front of Monviso (3841 meters), the highest mountain in the Cottian Alps. The cabin is located at 1400 meters in the characteristic hamlet of Sant'Antonio di Ostana, away from mass tourist circuits. The cabin has a beautiful southwest exposure, and from its large terrace you can enjoy spectacular views of Monviso and the surrounding mountains. In the winter months, if you wish, you will be enveloped by the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace.

Bee&Bee - Stone Chalet - Relax in Nature

In the center of a large lawn at the edge of the woods, our house, an ancient chestnut dryer, was renovated in 2022 with local materials such as Langa stone and chestnut, integrating modern technologies, air conditioning, charging for electric cars and a gazebo where you can relax outdoors. Nearby there are beautiful trails to Mountain Bike and Trekking, while in half anhour by car you can reach the Ligurian Sea and the Langhe, with their famous landscapes, wines, and cuisine.

The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's cabin was used as a kitchen and dining room. It was where milk was turned into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbours , and where social life was forged. Tools,seeds, crops , were also stored in the tree. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a feeling of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

A quiet cabin in the hinterland of Nice

Charming trapper-style cabin among the trees in the cool and quiet, between my house and a trailer. You can wash the old-fashioned way with a bowl and a pitcher of water, or you have a cold outdoor shower with a water reserve behind the cabin. There is no kitchen in the cabin. Breakfast can be delivered in a basket to your cabin €6/pers and evening basket €15 per pers or dinner €24 on reservation, payment only in cash.

This sunny wooden cabin is equipped with large openings that let natural light inside and a large terrace. Fully equipped. You can also enjoy the pool on weekdays (Monday to Friday) with the owner's agreement. Private parking is available for your use. 2 very nice cats occupy the garden. Our hermitage is wrapped in bands, slowly restarted to agriculture because here the nature is a master. This home is our attempt to learn from the nature how to feed our lives with the energy that is there (nature knows how to do it very well).
