The house has a great location in the middle of the old town and a special charm

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

There were 6 of us in the place and it was a really nice time. The property has everything you need and the garden was a dream. We played a lot in the garden and grilled in the outdoor kitchen. We felt very welcome and did many beautiful things in the area. Thanks for the wonderful time.

The location is great – quiet and charming and close to everything you need. Also very close to Piazzale Roma and therefore easily accessible. The apartment is new, very clean and lovingly furnished, we felt immediately comfortable. We were there with our 5 year old son, the stairs were no problem for us – but with smaller children this could be difficult. Sara was easily accessible at all times and very helpful. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

A Beautiful house quite close to the sea and in a quiet and peaceful part of Poreč. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden. The entire place is spotless, clean and comfortable. The owners were very understanding when we needed to adjust the check-in time and helpful with providing advice about the local attractions. Francesco and his family are really great, genuine and very pleasant people, they were very helpful, they made us feel at home. We were 5 men visiting to see the Castelmonte Covid hill climb race, the convenient location to reach the track and once we got home after the race we felt in paradise, beautiful garden, well-kept and above all the roof with a large table great for outdoor dining. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay, although it was quiet and noise-free in the city. Screened in from neighbor's view of the garden. Renata and Petra are very accommodating and every compliment on the cleanliness of the house 😊

We stayed at this property and had a really great time. The place was super clean, cozy and well cared for in every detail. You can feel the attention and passion with which it is handled: everything was tidy, and perfectly working. The location was also convenient, and the quiet environment allowed us to fully relax. A place we would gladly return to and that we recommend without hesitation!

We really enjoyed our stay in Piran and at Milka's. The apartment's location is very convenient, close to the centre, restaurants, supermarket, beaches, but a very quiet neigbourhood at the same time. We were welcomed nicely and got plenty of necessary information. The attic bedroom is not really walkable, so bear that in mind, especially if you are tall. We didn't get an umbrella so couldn't enjoy the balcony very much during the day. On the other hand, Milka was very kind and let us stay in the apartment until 15,30 on the day of our departure.

Dear Nicola & Francesco - We have had a wonderful 5 night stay in your home - it is beautifully presented , a location dream - just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Venice , with local supermarkets x 2 , restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes and 20 mins from St Marks square walking slowly . We’ve used the water buses , walked a lot , seen so much of your beautiful Venice . When we return it will be to your beautiful apartment . Spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need, everything clean, self check-in was super easy, great communication with the hosts - they responded quickly to everything we needed, area is quiet but not too central - around 20 minutes by foot to the most popular tourist spots, but with some affordable restaurants and bars nearby. All in all a good choice!

We were very well received and enjoyed ourselves very much. Quiet and peaceful location. Ideal for excursions by car - in the south of Slovenia and northern Croatia. Walking distance to grocery store and a couple of restaurants. Piran, which is about a 20 minute walk away, is a cosy and quiet town - despite quite a lot of tourists.

We felt excellently accommodated in the last four weeks of the stay. After a detailed check-in by Elena, everything worked out great, the location is excellent, quiet and in particular Elena was always supportive, friendly and helpful! We have actually always felt at home and can therefore highly recommend Elena's place! We sincerely appreciate it at this point.

Communication was perfect, everything worked out perfectly, very good location to explore Venice, would definitely recommend it!

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Everything was exactly as described, no surprises awaited us. Communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

Spent 2 nights and more than satisfied. About 2 minutes to the bus stop that goes directly to Venice 🙌🏻 It took around 20-25 minutes to get there directly.

This is the second time I have stayed at Laura’s beautiful Palazzo apartment. It is right on the Grand Canal and each morning I awoke to the beautiful sight and sounds of Venice through the big pane window. It is a dream apartment with painted ceilings and elegant antiques. The bath water is hot and there is even two friendly kitties who live in the garden and building. I am right at home and plan to return again. Thank you Laura for your excellent communications and kindness in meeting me upon my arrival and helping me set up a Water Taxi for a return to the airport. It was a perfect experience! Sandra

Perfect spacious sanctuary right in the heart of Venice! Great central location and has all the facilities needed for a very comfortable stay. Our host Novella was kind and communicative. If you’re taller or have a bigger build, then you may have trouble in the shower but otherwise highly recommend and we will be back!

The place was great! Had everything we needed and was very clean and mostly comfortable. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the supermarket, shops and bakery. Gabriele is a great host, provided us with useful information on what to see and how to get around. The apartment is very close to Venice by city bus/metro and if you are looking to see any other place such as Lago di Garda or Verona, it's a great starting point. Gabriele's place is highly recommended.
