We really enjoyed our stay at Alessandra's house. The house is absolutely private and has everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating and at the same time very discreet. You're also completely on your own in the garden. A real, very qualitative retreat.

We had a wonderful 9-day vacation in this apartment and had a really good time with four of us. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, making the stay very comfortable and carefree. The large garden with the possibility of barbecue was our corner of relaxation and outdoor fun. The area is quiet, perfect for those looking for peace and serenity, and the view is simply beautiful, a real spectacle for the eyes. Convenient parking has allowed us to move without stress. The owners were very kind and helpful, always ready to help us and give us advice. It is definitely a place that deserves to be visited and, without a doubt, a place to come back to! Highly recommended!

We come to Capoliveri almost every year but this is Alessandro's first time at home and I think we'll be back. The house is very welcoming, clean and with everything you need. From all the windows you can see the sea. The location is close to downtown but in a very quiet and peaceful area. The access staircase is a little steep but still not slippery and with handrails.

We have just returned from an unforgettable stay in Capoliveri and we can only say: everything was perfect! The holiday home was a real marvel, with attention to every detail, cosy, very clean and equipped with everything you need to relax and feel immediately at home. Special thanks to Gianfrancesco and Alessandra, two fantastic hosts: kind, helpful and super welcoming. They made us feel welcome from the first moment and were always attentive and present with discretion. It's rare to meet such genuine and warm people! The location of the house is excellent: quiet, immersed in the beauty of Elba but very convenient to reach the centre of Capoliveri and the most beautiful beaches in the area. A true oasis of peace! If you are looking for a holiday home on the Island of Elba that combines quality, tranquility and authentic hospitality, this is the right place. You can only find houses like this in Italy.
