Holiday rentals with beach access in Lido degli Estensi

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very available, they offer a very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes walk from the sea and downtown), functional and also perfect for a family like us with small children.

This fantastic apartment made our stay in Cervia an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by incredible restaurants just steps from the front door, and there’s even a charming gelato shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a large common area that’s perfect for meals and relaxing together. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with every bedroom offering direct access to the beautiful patio. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Enrica was a kind and helpful host, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Beatrice is a very friendly and helpful host. The area and the location of the apartment is great. Beach is within walking distance and restaurants are around the corner. We had a great time and it is definitely recommended. We would definitely come back here.

My amazing choice in Rimini!!! Fantastic cute cozy apartment near the sea!!! Very modern, nice decoration, very clean!!! Big window with the view to the park:) I feel that owners love this house:)) everything near shops, restaurants, from train station around 15 min walking:)) I want come back!!! Only one thing what I really missed is mirror:( in the bathroom is very small:(

Spacious and comfortable place, clean and very well furnished. Ample outdoor, well-equipped, and shaded space. The area is quiet and comfortable to get around on foot or by bike. The host was very kind and attentive. Recommended for families with children.

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

We spent 5 nights ar Vittorio's place and were very satisfied. Spacious house with big garden. As we travel by car and with two large dogs, the space outside the house was perfect for us. The garden is fully fenced and private. Large terrace with a roof. Just take some mosquito spray - as the island has water all around, they are vicious there - in case you feel like sitting on terrace in the evening or take a stroll around the island.

Lovely house with two large decks, a grill and a large outdoor table. House has everything you need for comfort of stay. In hot weather, the air conditioner helps a lot, it is in the kitchen, but cools the whole house. The apartment is next to the sea and close to nice restaurants. We were guests of Tiziana for a week, the accommodation is perfect with a dog, the sea is only a few minutes' walk away, the area is very nice and there are many great restaurants nearby. Tiziana is a great hostess, was always immediately available and always helpful. I can only recommend everyone to take a break with her and enjoy the area and the accommodation!

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

Our stay here was perfect. Claudia was a super host, the apartment was lovely and clean, and the location is brilliant, a five minute walk to the beach, great restaurants and amenities nearby. Having access to bikes was a real plus too. We loved it and would definitely recommend.

I stayed for 6 days in this beautiful apartment. All new. Beautiful location. The terrace overlooking the sea was very popular as it was very cool and ventilated. Cool apartment with all amenities. You can reach the sea in 5 minutes on foot, where you will find excellent restaurants and a beautiful pedestrian area for long walks. Private parking at the back, closed by a barrier. From the car park, you can directly reach the apartment with a lift without having to take a single step. Highly recommended! The Host Roberta is very kind and available for any advice or need! We will definitely be back!

Apartment has all necessary amenities. Is clean and spacious. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.

We felt right at home upon arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbour. There are great restaurants around the accommodation and on the other side of the harbour you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the accommodation again at any time and definitely recommend it!

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! we stayed here for a small relaxing vacation with our dog Kora, Francesco and Pamide were immediately very kind and friendly even with our dog!! Always ready to respond to our every need during our stay, also in giving us directions on places to visit and in providing us with directions to great bars and restaurants in the area. The house was clean, with a nice large terrace, and equipped with every comfort!Very close to the sea and all the facilities we needed! We practically never used the car! What to say... they made us feel at home!! Thank you!!!
