Il nome Balotta, scelto da Antonio il padrone di casa, in dialetto bolognese significa, il gruppo di amici con i quali uscire, stare insieme, chiaccherare, insomma divertirsi! La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti, potendo lasciare l'auto nei molti parcheggi condominiali gratuiti.
