We welcome you in our lovingly furnished apartment in an old monastery smithy from the 18th century. Core renovated and equipped with all conceivable amenities, you will enjoy your stay here with us on the Obermain on 120 square meters. Underfloor heating, fireplace, pinball, 55 "TV, 100 mbit, plenty of space and tranquility and a unique ambience in unique surroundings form the basis for an unforgettable stay in a beautiful cultural region on the Obermain. The apartment extends over the entire ground floor of a monastic smithy from the 18th century. A kitchen, a large bedroom, a beautiful bathroom with freestanding bathtub as well as the fantastic living room with cross vaults and the sun-flooded conservatory make your wishes for relaxed living with charm on 120 square meters. 2 terraces for breakfast, or to end the day, expand the condo into the outdoor area. The apartment is unfortunately not childproof in some areas. The entire ground floor of the house with separate entrance and 2 terraces is available to our guests. I can be reached by phone at any time and, if desired, within 20 minutes on site. The apartment is in the middle of the beautiful Upper Franconian cultural landscape on the Upper Main and was formerly part of the Cistercian monastery Langheim as a monastery forge. The year the house was built around 1750. The house has been renovated with a lot of love and expertise under monument protection conditions and now radiates with new glory with the latest technology. The area is known for its brewery density, restaurants and its cultural monuments (Banz Monastery, Fourteen Saints). The thermal bath in Bad Staffelstein with its large sauna world is also quickly accessible. Hikers, climbers, mountain bikers and canoeists will find an Eldorado in the vicinity (Franconian Switzerland, Kleinziegenfelder Tal, Wiesental, Main) according to their needs. A warm welcome to our stylish new apartment in Bamberg. Located right at the Michelsberg with its wonderful church and former monastery and close to the Konzerthalle it is only a 10min walk to the old town. At the same time our newly build house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and in the middle of nature. From the apartment you have direct view into our garden with its old trees. Close to the city and part of nature. Big plus in Bamberg if traveling by car: Your parking lot is on our property.
