Nice cozy and well-equipped studio

This pretty and very well-equipped studio was created to receive artists from the Awassô Artistic Center, and we rent it out the rest of the time. We live above and it is attached to the Center where there are dance classes every night of the week. So we're looking for friendly and open-minded tenants. Clearly, if you have a problem with noise (or Africa), this place is not for you!!! Otherwise, we'd love to host you!

From the train station, you can get to Bordeaux in around 30 minutes by train. Comfortable and pleasant accommodation, perfect for exploring the Saint-Émilion area and vineyards.

The Little House of Vines

Small independent house for 4 people. It is located in the heart of the largest vineyards of St Emilion, a 5-minute walk to the center of the village. Outside, you will enjoy a terrace and a small private garden with breathtaking views of the green hills: you can have lunch and relax after your visits.

Nice waterfront studio

Regarding the bedding, the sofa bed on the right as you enter, which I leave made up as a bed, is less comfortable than the one near the kitchen, which takes up more space when opened out as a bed. The key to the studio entrance also opens the glass door of building B.
