The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. This beautiful non-smoking penthouse apartment is located on the 5th floor of a residential andcommercial building and is easily accessible by an elevator. From the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view. An electric awning provides shade. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, sink, fridge with freezer compartment. Kettle, toaster and dishes. In the bedroom, a comfortable 160 cm double bed invites you to sleep. Shower bath, vanity, toilet and bidet are in the bathroom.

In the basement room belonging to the apartment there is the washing machine, and the dryer as well as a storage shelf system. The garden sauna can be used for a small fee incl. sauna towels and bathrobes, by arrangement.

Independent check-in allows flexible arrival. Erftstadt is located between Cologne and Bonn and is therefore an ideal starting point for trips, events or activities. Phantasialand in particular can be reached quickly from here. All shops for daily needs can be reached on foot or in a few minutes by car.
