John was very responsive and accommodating. He made an effort to allow us to check in early since we arrived two hours prior to check in. The apartment was clean and only 8-10 minutes from downtown Savannah. We would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at Matthew’s Place. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Every little detail was thought of. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Matthew’s place! The Airbnb was very clean and just as described. The kitchen was equipped with all of the essentials and made cooking a great option! The Airbnb is a short drive into Savannah which made exploring the city very easy to do. The pool area was lovely and a wonderful place to relax. Matthew was a great host and answered any questions we had. If in the area, I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment/hotel has a great vibe. The reception area and amenities are really nice, and the pool area and exercise facility are perfect. Front desk personnel were welcoming and helpful. I stayed over Father’s Day weekend and the value for the cost of the stay was very good. Will definitely go back.

Had a great stay at Matthew's place for our dance competition in Savannah. His place easily house 6 of us with plenty of room! The location was great and easy to get around. We enjoyed the pool and other amenities offered. Would recommend this spot to anyone wanting to visit!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Matthew’s place! It was very cute inside! It felt very homey! We also enjoyed the pool, we played several games in the clubhouse and used the workout room. The only complaint we have (which has nothing to do with Matthew’s unit) is that the walls are pretty thin and the neighbors upstairs were very loud. I would still give it 5 stars. We definitely would stay there again!

Matthew's place was ideal for a quick Father's Day weekend getaway. The accommodation was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. Great location, it is really near everything one would want in Savannah! Parking is a bit of a walk, but can’t beat free parking! Only negative is that it is a bit on the loud side, but to be expected when you are right downtown.

This place is absolutely great for a stay in Savannah. The place is exceptional, with many features such as a nice huge bathroom with shower and tub, a comfy bed, lovely views of Savannah and walkable to many great restaurants, bars, and shops. It is a bit loud in the evenings from the place next door, and most mornings around 7am, you can hear the garbage trucks outside. But with provided earplugs and mask, it is easily dealt with. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a fun weekend or long stay in Savannah. We will definitely stay here again when in Savannah. We loved our stay!

Great location with a sleek, urban vibe! Beds are super comfy and living space has plenty of comfy seating. Street noise was kinda loud over the holiday weekend but it’s the trade off you make for this prime location!! We will definitely return as Savannah is a very fun, walkable, beautiful city.

We had a comfortable stay. Went down for the holidays to visit my daughter and grandaughter. Was a great place to bring my grandaughter. Has a little park and alot of friendly people there. Had a great stay overall. Thank you john for hosting us.

I travel for work and stay in Airbnb‘s in a lot of different places. Jon has been far the best host that I’ve ever had the office staff with the friendliest people you could hope to meet. I had a great stay at Happy Acres! John and the entire team were super friendly and welcoming. They all made it a great experience. The art cottage was super cute and the area was clean and quiet. The dog park is a bonus since I was traveling with my fur kid.

This home is absolutely beautiful and the room is even better, Selmann was so welcoming and truly wanted to make my stay pleasant and he definitely succeeded. Anytime I come to Savannah I will for sure be booking with Selmann.
