L'appartement convient pour deux personnes, il est très propre et beaucoup de bus desservant le centre de Londres sont à proximité. Il n'y a pas de cuisine donc prévoir de manger dehors.

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

The apartment has a stunning view of the city, is close to many restaurants and is a short walk from the DLR (railway). In addition the host was very kind and responsive to my questions. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Kostas’s apartment is absolutely top-rate on all key measures. Modern & stylish. Very well equipped with all of the essentials one needs when travelling or on holidays in London. Reassuring security system. And, so ideally located directly opposite Forest Hill Railway Station to connect with trains and buses to every part of London and beyond. Kostas is a very accessible host and easy to deal with when one needs information or has a problem. My partner and I enjoyed our stay, immensely.

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

A friend and I stayed here whilst we went to a convention at Excel. It was perfectly situated being just a 10min walk away. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The host was friendly and accommodating, and was also very quick to respond to messages. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great place to stay and a good price if you pay for the extra package

Het huis ligt in een rustige straat vakbij station Blackheath waarvandaan je snel in het centrum van Londen bent. Verder zijn er in Blackheath fijne winkeltjes zoals een bakker en een groentewinkel. Het huis was lekker ruim en schoon. Er was een (klein) probleem met de afwasmachine, maar dat was overkomelijk. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep vlot en soepel.

Jims Haus war wirklich perfekt für uns als Familie! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wohnten mit zwei Kleinkindern und den Omas sehr komfortabel und hatten genug Platz. Die Kinder konnten sich frei bewegen und auch im Garten schön spielen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Jeden Morgen haben wir in der Küche ein ausgiebiges Frühstück zubereitet und konnten zusammen als Famile am Esstisch frühstücken. Die Lage in Blackheath ist sehr gut. Wir waren innerhalb von max. 7 Minuten an der Bahnstation (Zone 3), von der aus wir mit dem Zug sehr schnell ins Zentrum kamen (Victoria St., London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross). Im Village gibt es Restaurants, Pubs, Minimarkets und sogar ein größerer Supermarkt ist per Bus gut erreichbar. Jim ist sehr freundlich und die Abwicklung mit Check-In-Out hat unkompliziert funktioniert. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in London und empfehlen diese Unterkunft definitiv weiter. Ma fille est restée 1 mois et demi dans le logement proposé par Antonio. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de celui-ci qui s’est adapté avec gentillesse à notre arrivée. Le logement est conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Les pièces sont spacieuses, on se sent très à l’aise. Rangements adaptés pour les affaires personnelles dans la chambre et la sdb. L’emplacement est très bien desservi par les lignes de métro et lignes de bus pour se rendre dans le centre de Londres. Plusieurs supermarchés se trouvent à proximité et c’est très pratique. Je recommande à 100% le logement de Antonio…

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

John is a fantastic host-he went above and beyond and was extremely responsive to messages. We couldn’t work out the cooker (the timer needs to be set) and John was helping out despite the late time of messaging. We loved the recommended Sushi restaurant. The views from the apartment are amazing-we loved just popping out on the balcony. Location wise it was ideal. The main station Blackwall is a short walk away (6 ish mins) and the nearest underground Canary Wharf is around 20 mins which served us well. 😊

The flat is located in good location for touring London and Hip is very friendly in giving local area advices! We had a bit trouble getting in but Hip responded quickly despise it was already past 9pm! The flat is quite cozy. The only downside is no lift with two suitcases, which has been stated in the info. All and all, would recommend!

This was a perfect place for my fiancée and I to spend a few days exploring London. We took a ~15 minute walk to the New Cross Gate station every day and took a ~1hr train into the center of the city—if you are like us, the public transportation was so comprehensive and efficient that it was a fun way to start every morning. This spot was a great way to experience a quieter part of the city with less tourism that’s still safe and fun. It was easy to find, quiet, clean, and a very pleasant space. Our host was polite, helpful and responsive. When we return to the city we will absolutely be booking again!

The flat is beautifully presented with gorgeous works of art, lovely plants and comfortable furnishings. It has everything you could need with amazing attention to detail. We especially appreciated the fully stocked bathroom drawers! Morgan and Steve were quick to respond to messages, proactive and super friendly. We highly recommend!

Eva was a super kind, accommodating host. She allowed us to check in several hours early and was extremely quick with her communication. Her place was the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed. Highly recommend.

This is a really lovely place. Very cosy and plenty of space for me, my girlfriend and our three children. The kids loved the toys and the big lawn right outside where they could play football. There are a few stations within walking distance so it's easy to get to different parts of the city. Ann-Marie is a great host, communication was great and she was on hand to offer tips or help if required. I'd definitely stay here again.
