This special accommodation offers several absolute highlights! With large panoramic windows in the open, two-story living room, the apartment is pleasantly flooded with light all day long. The over 8 m² large living area serves both as an oasis of well-being for reading and relaxing as well as a play area for children. In both bedrooms, the box spring beds are located directly under a skylight. This means you can look at the great starry sky from the bed as you fall asleep.

Built in the late 19th century, the building first served as a workshop, then as an architecture office, and eventually became my home. Now, a new chapter has begun — and you’re invited to spend your holiday in this one-of-a-kind accommodation in the heart of Leutkirch! Everything you need is within walking distance: a supermarket, bars, and restaurants. Get ready for a special stay!

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

By car, it's a 7-kilometre drive to the nearby Centerparks Allgäu, and in 30 minutes, you can reach Lindau on Lake Constance via the A96 motorway. Excursions to nearby Adelegg, the historic glassmaking village of Schmidsfelden and the Allgäu Alps are easy to reach by bike or by car.
