Lovingly fully furnished 2-room apartment in the heart of the Allgäu with sun terrace for rent. One bedroom with double bed. A living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen and pull-out couch. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Close to Lake Constance, 10 min from Center Park. Many hiking trails in the mountains. Family ski resorts 45 min. You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Excursions to nearby Adelegg, the historic glassmaking village of Schmidsfelden and the Allgäu Alps are easy to reach by bike or by car.

In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there.
