Excellent stay, quiet neighbourhood and very close to tram stop and supermarket. Yana is an excellent host who helped me with problems instantly. I stayed for 10 days and it was a great stay. Kitchen was fully equipped .

Very clean and well equipped place, it has everything you might need during a longer stay. Vera is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

our only regret is we didn't have more time to spend here. the apartment is beautiful and in an amazing location. being so close to the park was a huge bonus. everything in the apartment was perfectly picked out and set up. All of the furniture that Ondrej has designed and placed into the apartment fit perfect.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l’appartement de Tereza. Le logement est spacieux, fonctionnel, et très propre. Il est situé dans le quartier de Holesovice, qui est un peu retiré des attractions touristiques, ce qui le rend calme. Pour autant il y a quand même des bars, des magasins et de la vie. Le centre touristique est accessible très facilement en tram par la ligne 17. Un rapport qualité-prix excellent, en plus Tereza est très réactive. Je recommande !!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend. Alles ist neu, modern eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind bequem und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Valerie hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Martina hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist hell und gut eingerichtet. Der Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten für einen schönen Abschluss des Tages ist angenehm. Geschäfte (Globus, Rossmann, Apotheke) und Restaurants (z.B. Pub) sind nahebei. Die Metrostation Nové Butovice ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Von dort ist man schnell im Zentrum von Prag. Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal bei Martina und fühlen uns fast wie zuhause.

Toto ubytovanie môžem len odporučiť. Komunikácia s hostiteľom bola výborná, bol ochotný a nápomocný. V okolí veľa služieb, reštaurácií, výborná dostupnosť mhd, veľa zelene. Veľmi blízko Hradčan. Ďakujeme za skvelý pobyt.

Wir waren eine Gruppe und hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende im Haus. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben: gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und ideal für unseren Aufenthalt. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war herzlich und unkompliziert. Lediglich für den Reinigungszustand an ein, zwei Stellen gibt es einen Mini-Punktabzug. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus, in dem wir uns wohlgefühlt haben - eine klare Empfehlung!

Kornelie vermietet nicht einfach nur eine Unterkunft, sie vermietet ein Zuhause. Von Anfang an hat einfach alles gepasst: - Persoenlicher Check-In mit Erklaerung von allen notwendigen Dingen - Sie hat individuelle Wuensche erfuellt - Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand - Ausstattung koennte nicht besser sein, besonders in der Kueche. Ausserdem extra Bettwaesche und viele Handtuecher. - Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation vor und waehrend des Aufenthalts Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, vor allem wenn man mit Familie kommt und laenger bleiben moechte. Es gibt in 2-3 Fussminuten einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Fussballtoren und Basketball Korb. Wir haben einen Fussball und Basketball dort gelassen fuer die kommenden Gaeste. Very nice place, Nicola was very helpful and kind, despite our late check in. They helped with my dad who needed assistance up the stairs and were very accommodating with anything we needed! Would highly recommend this place!

Wunderschönes gemütliches Holzhaus direkt an einem Bach gelegen und umgeben von Bergen und Wald. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Als es kühler würde aber wir den Holzofen angefeuert und das ganze Haus wurde noch gemütlicher.. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft ist etwas Außerhalb und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Die Stadbahn ist zu Fuß ca. 10 min. Das Appartement ist doch relativ klein, wir waren zu zweit und mit Hund dort. Dafür war es etwas zu klein. Das Appartement ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und hat einen flexiblen Check In per Schlüssel Code. Der Gastgeber wohnt direkt am angrenzenden Haus und war sehr freundlich und gut Erreichbar.

Apartamento recomendable para ir con varias personas, tiene bastantes camas. La zona es muy tranquila y bien comunicada. Michal estuvo siempre muy agradable y respondía muy rápido, además nos dio recomendaciones locales y facilidades para el aparcamiento.

Excellent séjour passé chez Ephraïm. Le logement est très agréable : très propre, cosy, avec énormément d'équipements, décoré avec goût et soin. On s'y est senti de suite chez nous. Ephraïm est un hôte parfait : il nous a envoyé des mails très précis pour notre arrivée, nous a recommandé des restos/bars/lieux a été flexible sur les horaires, réactif à nos messages. Et le nec plus ultra : non seulement il y avait de la nourriture (épicerie sèche + fruits + produits frais) mais nous avons en plus eu la chance d'avoir du pain fait maison. Le meilleur Airbnb que nous avons pu faire jusqu'à maintenant ! Mille mercis !

Great place, great location. Very peaceful and quiet. Super responsive. The kitchen faucet was broken and they sent a repair man on a Sunday. Highly recommended!!

Byt je veľmi pekný a moderne zariadený s plnou výbavou. Veľmi dobrá lokalita, všetko poruke a v blízkosti je zastávka električky, ktorá Vás zavezie priamo do centra.

Jitkas liebevoll eingerichtete und geräumige Wohnung bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt für einen sorglosen und entspannten Aufenthalt in Prag. Die Lage ist super zentral und in der Umgebung gibt es tolle Cafés. Die klassischen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Und mit Jitkas Tipps gibt es noch mehr zu entdecken! Das Zimmer bei Jitka kann ich wärmstens empfehlen...

Martin's place is great for both travelling with family or friends. Near a nice mall with a big Tesco for groceries. Public transportation to the city takes a bit of time but several trams near the location. The apartment was spacious and had all of the amenities (including dish-washer poes and laundry detergent). Could have been a bit cleaner but otherwise nice.

Perfect cozy retreat for two in Prague! This apartment exceeded our expectations with its thoughtful amenities and private location. The host was incredibly responsive and provided fantastic local recommendations plus crystal-clear check-in instructions that made arrival seamless. The apartment itself was wonderfully comfortable with an exceptionally cozy bed that guaranteed great sleep. Having a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient for our stay, and the host's detailed instructions made using them effortless. The kitchen came well-equipped with a microwave and fridge, while the Netflix setup and projector created perfect evening entertainment. The balcony was a lovely bonus for morning coffee. One minor note: the bathroom sliding door needs a repair, but it didn't impact our stay at all since we simply left it open. Overall, this apartment offers incredible value with a responsive host who clearly cares about guest experience. Highly recommend for couples visiting Prague!
