Retro Design Apartment in the Letná Art District

I am offering a stay in a newly remodeled apartment in the historical building, which was built in 1892. The apartement has a large kitchen with a fridge, microwave owen and all basic stuff for everyday use, however not everything for some heavy duty cooking. Eating area, living room with a flat screen TV, free internet Wi-fi, 2x bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. It´s situated on the four floor. This is a residential building with no elevator then please be respectful toward the neighbours. Ring the bell R.Milersky (next door) or send text and i will respond asap. Soak up the authenticity of the arty Letná neighborhood. Experience the spirit of small cafes, pubs, and the local artists' shops hidden all around. Local neighborhood with many small groceries, cafeterias and bars. The closest shop is just a cross the street. Some bigger are located from 5-10 minutes walking. There is a nice bar in our street just 2 blocks from the house. The street Veverkova is considered as a local hipster community center. Also the connection to the city center is great. The apartment is situated arround the corner from the well known National Gallery and also next to one of the largest and most beautiful parks in Prague, with its beautiful views sought after by photographs and tourists. Close by from this park, you will find the Prague castle, the most visited tourist location in the Czech Republic 3 min walk to the National Gallery in Prague (200m), 8 min walk to Expo Prague (600m), 9 min walk to Stromovka park (forest park, restaurants, sports) (600m), 10 min walk to the National Technical Museum (700m), 12 min walk to Letna park (fantastic views of Prague, Letná beer garden, restaurants, pétanque) (900m), 21 min walk to the large shopping center Palladium (1,6km), 23 min walk to the historical city center (1,6km), 29 min walk to Old Town square (2,1km), 34 min walk to Wenceslas square (2,5km), 37 min walk to Prague Castle (2,8km), 42 min walk to the Prague Zoo through Stromovka park (3,2km),

Spacious and fully equipped, with high ceilings and original stuccos from the 1900’s! The piano is ready for all the music lovers and the kitchen has all you need. The Old Town is 20min walk away. Playground just around the corner. Parking lot 10min away. The Airport is 45min away by public transport. 15 min to get to The Main Railway St.

Stylish & bright APT in center

The location is just perfect with easy and fast access to city center and local amenities. The apartment is located in a calm but yet centrally located hip neighborhood surrounded by river. Enjoy your stay steps away from Prague Market, Modern Art Gallery and many cafés and restaurants. Studio is fully furnished and located on 4th floor with an elevator overlooking a quiet street with trees. This is the best place to discover Prague as locals know and love it.

A&S Industrial lofts – West unit

This studio was renovated in 2019. On evenings you will enjoy late sun coming throw quiet courtyard. In bathroom you can see cement tiles from Maroc and beds are done by our hands with comfortable large mattress and extra sized blankets. Location of the flat is perfect for your stay, because all you need is very close including huge public garage, tram stop, shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and museums. You can walk throw the park to the Old town or Castle.

There's a place to sleep, cook, eat, wash even to work, and get information about Prague. It's easy, if you help us, we'll help you get to know Prague. We have things stored in the apartment, but it does not matter at all, they almost aren't seen. Two beds consist of sleeping bag. Go on!

Small and very cute flat in Prague near Letna and Stromovka park and with very short distance to all Prague attractions It is quiet flat in a beautiful historical part of Prague with plenty of local cafes, bars and restaurants Only 20 mins walk to the Old Town square and about 30 mins walk to the heart of Prague- Prague castle. Moder designer flat is newly reconstruction place inserted in the very well located in the heart of the hyped and trendy area Letná the privileged areas of Prague on the left side river. Right in front of the apartment you have tram stop and subway is five minutes walking. It has 3 independent rooms and 2 beds. It can easily accommodate up to 4 persons. Fully equipped place is convenient for weekend visit but also for longer stay.

Beautiful quite apartment in a typical Prague house from 1908 with elevator. Perfect location and easy access to city center and local amenities, the tram station just behind the corner, Uber just up to 10e to the midtown. Quiet area between 2 famous parks, close to the Prague Castle, Airport, National Gallery. The area is a interesting also for hip youngsters (pro tip - Cafe Letka, Bistro 8, Page five, Pho Letná or Cobra bar.

We had a fantastic stay at Alexandra’s apartment! The place is beautifully decorated, modern, and feels truly luxurious. It’s very well located in Holešovice, with all amenities close by—including some of the area’s trendiest restaurants. The A/C was a big plus, especially during the hot summer days. Alexandra is a wonderful host—very friendly, accommodating, and always quick to respond. Thank you for hosting us again, we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

I visit Prague frequently, and I really wanted to stay in Prague 7 this time. thankfully, I found Daria's apartment! it's a lovely space for one or maybe 2 people. I would say the loft bed isn't the best choice for tall travelers, but as a short lady, I had no problems. It is well connected to transit, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would happily stay here again!

lovely apartment in Praha 7, with everything you need to be comfortable. comfortable beds, nice shower with hot water quickly, everything nice and clean! The host is very communicative and even though we had a very late check-in, there was communication to confirm everything went okay and we arrived safe. this is not in old town Prague, but we found it better - more residential, beautiful gardens around, a supermarket and some affordable good places nearby. you can walk to old town if you like to walk, I'd say it's about 30 minutes or so - and the views on the walk are lovely. public transport right outside so you can easily hop on and off the tram and get places. 30 minutes walk to the castle. lovely place, recommend!

Very cozy accommodation with everything you need for your stay. Located in an optimal area, you can reach the center in a 15-minute walk and you can return if you are tired (after an exhausting day) by tram. The hostess is charming.
