Sandra was a fantastic host greeting us by producing lovely meat, cheese, wine and beer in the bar area. She was contactable throughout our stay and has been helpful sorting out something for me since we left. The property is amazing with 5 bedrooms and several bathrooms/WCs. We used the pool and hot tub every day along with the games room containing a pool table and bar with a fridge and dishwasher. The rear garden is huge and the is a petanque court and table tennis table. There is generous outside space to eat (there were 9 of us) helped by a good sized gas bbq. The kitchen has loads of space with many of the cupboards full of items to be used. The nearest supermarkets (Intermarche & Carrefour) are both a few minutes drive with Carrefour offering low costs fuel. It is a relatively short drive to Bayonne which is a lovely town astride a river with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops with pretty good car parks available. Overall a lovely villa with a fantastic host.

We had a great stay in this beautiful typical Basque Country house. As soon as we arrived, we felt at home: everything is perfectly thought out, nothing is missing. The garden is splendid, a true haven of peace. Reading in a deckchair, listening only to the birds singing, with the soothing sound of church bells in the distance, is simply magical. And what can I say about the hosts: welcoming, friendly and really very nice, they greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. A place where you can fully recharge. Thank you for this beautiful parenthesis!

Authentic house in a very quiet environment without neighbours. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful region with many walks for those who like to hike with elevation. House very well located close to Biarritz, Spain, the ocean and the main Basque villages... We'll be there again.

We had a great stay at Nancy's! Its patio is a true haven of peace, perfectly furnished and very clean, ideal for relaxing in peace. The warm atmosphere and the neat decoration make the place even more welcoming. Nancy is a caring host, available and full of good ideas. Her recommendations for local activities and restaurants were invaluable and allowed us to discover real gems. An authentic and rejuvenating experience that I recommend without hesitation! We loved Catherine's place in the tiny community of Janoy. The place was set in a huge garden surrounded by woodland and was very private. There were only two of us staying so we simply used the large downstairs space. This was a place we could really relax in. We enjoyed sitting in the garden playing games or inside watching Netflix when it rained. The bedroom was lovely and dark with the blind down. It was a comfortable and homely house. There is an extensive network of paths/small roads to walk our very happy dog! A short drive away was a great boulangerie for croissants, pain and treats! We enjoyed our days out at Biscarosse lake & beach front and Mimizam beach which were approx 40 minutes away. Thank you for a wonderful forest filled stay!

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Really ideal for partying with family and children. Even though the weather wasn't with us, we took advantage of it. In addition, the house is decorated with a multitude of heathered objects, really nice! Wild beaches are reached by foot!

We had an exceptional stay! The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The setting is simply idyllic: calm, greenery, a beautiful swimming pool to relax in, many terraces and the weather is great. A true haven of peace.
