House holiday rentals in L'Escarène

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

If you are debating booking this property just DO IT! Olga was the absolute sweetest host and showed us around the villa when we checked in. I had another property booked for months on Airbnb and they cancelled with less than 24 hours when I was already in France. Olga accommodated our last minute booking and literally saved our trip. The villa is a rare Airbnb where the photos truly don’t do it justice- it’s even more beautiful in person. The views are breathtaking and my children LOVED the pool. Olga even provided pool toys and there’s a mini trampoline on the property and so kid friendly. My kids didn’t want to leave to go to Nice and we just loved our stay in Menton

Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

This accommodation is perfect for a combination of activities in the area and tranquility with privacy. The apartment is located in the hinterland and can only be reached by a small serpentine road. In about 20 minutes you are in Nice at the port. The description of the accommodation was great, we found it right away and were warmly welcomed by Laetitia. She and Clément were always available to us. The view from the apartment is fantastic. The layout and furnishings are very modern and perfect for four. The small pool is refreshing and the jacuzzi is wonderfully relaxing in the evening. We can totally recommend the accommodation. For us, it was just right and Laetitia and Clément are warm hosts, to whom their guests are important. We'd love to come back!

The accommodation is really beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised because the photos do not do it justice because it is beautiful, the setting is relaxing and pleasant, there is no opposite and everything in the house allowed us to have a good time. Everything you need to cook and stay at home is there, which makes things a lot easier. I would 100% recommend and hope to return to this property to have another great time with my family. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

My stay with Jo and Gérard was just fantastic! The place was spotless, perfectly equipped and in a fantastic environment. I was particularly impressed by the magnificent pool and the spacious garden, where you could enjoy absolute peace. The hosts, Jo and Gérard, are incredibly friendly, helpful and at the same time respect the privacy of their guests. The region around Lucéram is beautiful and offers a great opportunity to enjoy nature. The stay exceeded my expectations in every way – I can only recommend it and look forward to seeing you again!

What a place to spend a few quiet days. The view is spectacular, the accommodation is excellent and the host is so accommodating. He was happy to drop us into the local village and was always happy to answer any questions. While the host does live on the premises, it’s as if there is no one there. The property is effectively split in two and the pool and tub are for your private use only. The location is remote but if it’s relaxation you seek, it’s as good as it gets.

I booked to organise a surprise birthday for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The view is breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small issue with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. It is with great pleasure that we will return to spend a few days in this beautiful house as soon as we have the opportunity

This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays- so happy we decided to stay in Saint Paul de Vence and so lucky to have had this beautiful place as our home base for our visit! Not only is the home absolutely stunning - full of the charm and patina that comes along with being part of this incredible little gem of a medieval village on a hilltop with its exposed beam ceilings, beautiful old doors, and magnificent vistas over the surrounding countryside- but it also was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had the most sunning bathrooms with giant clawfoot tubs to luxuriate in after a day of exploring! We loved Katie’s recommendations for restaurants and nearby beaches and had such a wonderful time getting to know Saint Paul de Vence and the surrounding area! Don’t miss an evening walk through this village- it is magic!

Our stay at Sandrine and Carlos' was more than perfect. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality. The accommodation was very clean, cocooning, we felt very good there, it was very well equipped as well. We will definitely come back if the opportunity arises. Thank you for everything ☺️

A gem in the middle of nature facing the sea in a very beautiful property The owners are lovely, always taking care of us and listening to us, The house is arranged with great taste, small touches everywhere!! I was lucky enough to enjoy this soothing place and I was able to recharge, the view is splendid!! Thanks to Mario and Louana for their hospitality!!

Location, location, location…the most beautiful view of the village! Celine’s place is picturesque and you immediately feel relaxed, like going back home. Would definitely recommend!

La Turbie is a stunning location perched high in the hills, offering incredible views. That said, the roads leading up are quite winding and steep, so it's best suited for travelers who are comfortable driving in mountain terrain. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained—Brigette does a great job keeping things tidy. One thing to note is that there’s no air conditioning; however, a fan is available upon request, which helped. The hosts were helpful and provided excellent local recommendations. The town of La Turbie is about a 10-minute walk away and offers charming restaurants and amenities. It’s also just a short (though twisty) drive to both Nice and Monaco, making the location very convenient for exploring the area.

Our stay went very well. The accommodation is very warm and is located in a soothing setting where you can hear birds during the day and frogs at night. On two floors, the place was clean, well-equipped, in line with the photos, and with a decor filled with stories! Serge was very responsive by message despite the fact that we couldn't meet because of our arrival time. And we found a beautiful water point with turquoise water 20 mins away by car, then 30 mins walk.

Great welcome, Floriane and Bruno were very good advice for the visits and curiosities of the region , impeccable and comfortable accommodation. To be done again

We had a wonderful time at Elena's AirBnB. Although the place is a little off the beaten path (2.3 km drive over a narrow road), that's what makes for its charm and charm. You live in the middle of nature and have a phenomenal view of the mountains. We were able to experience a lot with our two dogs during our week hiking holiday and had a great time.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. if you want to have a quiet stay but close to the chin center, you will be in the right place! the accommodation offers a beautiful view from the large terrace , it is spacious and perfectly equipped, completely refurbished. The little extra, the private courtyard to park! communication with Marco was perfect and very friendly, we will go back without hesitation.

Accommodation as described, very clean, well-equipped for a stay in a peaceful environment very accessible from all the tourist places in the region. The welcome is nice, The hosts are available and discreet.

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

A real holiday home, warm and functional, as you don't see much anymore on AirBnb! The decoration is really neat, there is everything you need to cook and the view from the room is beautiful. We visited the area in 3 days without a car, the accommodation is accessible by the Vintimile bus. Thank you Maria, we would definitely recommend it!

Great place to change of scenery .. staying at Stefanie's place was a real pleasure.. Spacious clean house.. nothing more to say if not that we will definitely come back .
