You can enjoy peace with the whole family in this wonderful place. It is only a ten minute drive to the island of Cunda and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable vacation with approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, three kilometers to the center of Ayvalık, no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can turn into bed. A crib and high chair are provided if desired. All rooms also have air conditioning.

A bohemian two-story house on a parallel alleyway to Horse Cars Square,very calm, 100 m from Palabahçe, walking distance to all the organic products located in the bakery,butcher and bazaar. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

The 4-storey villa in the complex, with a sea view apartment on the garden floor, is 150 meters from the sea, a 2-minute walk. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, there is a double bed in the bedroom and the sofas in the living room can also be used as a bed. The open state of the sofas is included in the photos. The apartment has a separate entrance from the garden floor. You can pass from the kitchen to the garden and the garden can be used for meals. The host supplies barbecue.

The beach in front of the house is a public beach, it is free and has umbrellas. Grocery store, butcher, greengrocer and bakery are within walking distance. The location of the house is under the right, 15-20 minutes away from the center of Dikili. You can go to the bays with a boat tour, you can come to the beaches on Bademli road in 30-40 minutes.

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Our villa, which has a bathroom on each floor and a master bathroom in one room, is decent, quiet, peaceful, away from the chaos, and only 50 meters from the sea. Enjoy a peaceful and enjoyable dinner with your family or have fun with your friends in our villa with a veranda, garden and terrace. Or have a romantic dinner with your spouse.
