Είναι καινούριο, σύγχρονο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με θέα την παραλία που βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά από το σπίτι. Παρέχει πρόσβαση σε Wi-Fi. Το σπίτι διαθέτει συνολικά 2 διπλά κρεβάτια και 1 μονό κρεβάτι-καναπέ. Its picturesque and quiet neighborhood makes it special, although it is only a 2-minute walk from the beach, the market, the supermarkets, the restaurants and the nightlife of the city. The bus stop and the taxi rank are 2 minutes and 5 minutes to the port on foot.
