Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from equipment for our one-year-old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the city centre of Granville only ten minutes' walk away. Granville train station is easily accessible. Local shops are appreciable, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also nearby. We had a very pleasant stay in Granville. The apartment is very spacious, very well decorated and is well located in a very close and quiet neighborhood to the city center. We got there very easily with clear instructions from the host. We had a very pleasant 3-day stay. Recommended.

Superbly well located accommodation, close to all shops and restaurants but also to the historical sites of the region. It's even more spacious than we thought, and the view of the harbour and beach is exceptional. We are very happy with our week-long stay here!

Very nice house, perfect for two! Great for holidays with dog, the garden is very well fenced. The jacuzzi is great and certainly a highlight! Really nicer than the pictures! Two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), roof terrace upstairs, terrace with jacuzzi downstairs, washer and dryer, bikes, a car parking space, close to the sea and quiet! Really nice is also a basket of dog blankets and bowls.

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

We spent an extended stay in this beautiful house that has just been built. It is very large and the landscape is splendid in almost all the rooms. We were able to enjoy the sublime sunsets from the hot tub. We also want to thank the concierge for their welcome, advice, kindness and responsiveness.

Marina's house is charming. You feel good as soon as you settle in because it is warm: a little cocoon. The environment is nice and quiet. The house is ideally located 150 metres from the sea. we were hosted very well. I would this property.

We had a lovely stay in Granville. The apartment is as advertised and is very well located (2 min from the city center on foot and 5 min from the martime train station). Régine welcomed us very warmly in the apartment and the communication with was clear and fluid. We would recommend this listing.

The place was nice, very clean and comfortable. The only trouble was locating it, there were no pictures of the outside and building did not look like a private residence. The check in instructions were on the app so I didn’t know to look for an additional email. But some came right out to assist us

Very nice accommodation, well located, 3-4'walk to shops and 20' walk to the beach. Excellent communication with Claire during the stay. Accommodation where dogs are allowed (even if mine did not come in the end) which I greatly appreciated. The ping pong table was a real plus for teenagers. The kitchen is not sufficiently equipped for my taste (pots, teapot, etc.), but it is easy to improve. We'll probably be back

Very good week at Michèle's in Barneville. The location, the accommodation, the bedding, the kitchen, no complaints everything is perfect, just like at home. We'll be back at Michèle's without hesitation.

Beautiful views, easy check in, lovely clean and well equipped room. Meeting the rescued ducks a particular highlight for the children! Would be nice to have a bit more outdoor seating if possible.
