Small detached house with barbecue and private garden that is safe for children and animals and where you can park your vehicule. 2 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and toilets including 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the floor which allows to preserve its intimacy. For your pleasure, do not hesitate to light the fireplace with insert but, nevertheless very nice.

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Family-friendly vacation home 1 km from the Hatainville dunes, 2.5 km from the beach and 3 km from Carteret. The house includes a beautiful living space, living room, lounge (with board game), kitchen with 3 bedrooms including 1 master bedroom on the ground floor (a 140 bed), bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs (with 90 bed + 90 pull-out bed and if necessary 140 sofa bed in each bedroom).
