Charming Ground Floor Chalet & Terrace on Ski Slope

The view is extraordinary! A unique opportunity in winter: after a hearty breakfast, put on your skis and hurtle down the slopes to the Bellevue chairlift or cable car. In summer, you are at the start of hiking trails and on one of the routes to Mont Blanc. The UTMB also passes by our path, as well as one of the Marathon races. May-June and October-November are the best times to see deer, foxes and other animals on the slopes. A beautiful bedroom with a view of the Aiguille du Midi, a dressing room and a 160x200cm bed. Another bedroom overlooks the garden and has 90x200cm bunk beds. The kitchen is tastefully equipped with all the necessary utensils and a beautiful induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a Senseo coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a large fridge with freezer, a fondue set, a raclette set and a plancha grill. The bright living room has a large flat-screen TV, board games, a Bluetooth speaker for listening to your music and, of course, free WiFi. Enjoy the large terrace with views of the Mont Blanc range, complete with sun loungers, a table and chairs, and a barbecue. You can also enjoy the garden, which extends onto the ski slope.
