Located at 1200 m altitude, in the hamlet of Belleface, our Chalet is surrounded by nature on the legendary Kandhar ski slope which hosts the Alpine Ski World Cup. Not overlooked, with a 40 m2 terrace, you will appreciate the tranquility of the place and the spectacular view of the Mont Blanc range, the Aiguille du Midi and the Chamonix Valley. We have tastefully furnished the bottom of the chalet and provided all the comforts necessary for you to have a pleasant stay in summer or winter.

Comfortable studio in a chalet near the center

Comfortable studio on the ground floor of a nice chalet, ideally located, close to the center of Sallanches ( 10 minutes walk, 3 minutes by bike), in a small quiet subdivision, at the end of a dead end. The Passy lake is 10 minutes by bike, the first ski resort 20 minutes by car (Combloux), Chamonix 30 minutes. The studio has a small equipped but basic kitchenette, a separate entrance, a work desk and a bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of the Mont Blanc and the needle of Warens!
