The apartment is on the 1st floor, the living room overlooks Rue Saint Martin and the two bedrooms overlook a very quiet courtyard. Ideal for 5 to 7 people, those sleeping in the living room may hear noise on the weekend from the bars. We have just changed the windows of the living rooms for more comfort.
