My studio apartment is petite, cozy and charming. Spectacular location in the heart of Le Marais. Just a few steps away from the typical Parisian hustle and bustle. Due to the size, my apartment is best for 1-2 people without a lot of luggage. I can’t make it any more clear how small this apartment is. So please do not book this if you value lots of space. The value is in the location. Easy self check-in (I allow early check in the day of arrival ok). Strict check out time. No luggage storage.

Artist studio at Montmatre

A real artist's studio, on a little street that starts in Pigalle. Many painters have lived in the building since its construction in the 19th century. The workshop, located on the 2nd floor, is now completely renovated, comfortable, very well equipped, 4m high under the ceiling, bright, the bay windows open onto the courtyard, paved and wooded with magnolias and roses. Time is suspended, the calm, the softness of the light, the famous workshops of the Montmartre hill, in the heart of Pigalle.

Very high ceilings, lots of light and quiet. Separated by a semi-private courtyard (shared with one neighbor) from one of the main streets running the length of the Marais, steps away from the cafés, restaurants, shops and markets of the rue de Bretagne, the Carreaux de Temple and the public garden of the Square du Temple.

The apartment is on the ground floor making it easy access, it still has great daylight all day due to it's many windows. Great for couples, families or groups of friends. Not good for events or parties.
