Holiday rentals with a patio in Les Chapelles

Charmant appartement, parfait pour famille avec un enfant. Le sejour est agreable, avec une belle vue sur la montagne. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Le centre est accessible a pied, les telecabines aussi (10 minutes de marche). L'hote etait tres reactif aussi, merci et au plaisir de revenir :)

Nous recommandons ce logement, tout était parfait, visite de petits oiseaux non farouches devant la baie vitrée. Très calme après une journée bien remplie.

Excellent séjour à deux de 3 nuits chez Clara et Xavier qui ont su nous accueillir avec beaucoup de gentillesse dans cette nouvelle location aménagée au rez de chaussée de leur habitation. A la fois réactifs et très respectueux de notre intimité, ils nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. La location est un logement récemment rénové qui offre déjà beaucoup de confort, le salon de jardin donne l'occasion de prendre du bon temps devant un joli paysage de montagne, souvent en compagnie de leur chienne Luna, très affectueuse.

I absolutely loved this place! The location was even better than described—truly unbeatable. Being able to ski right out of the apartment onto the lift and seamlessly ski back into the ski room made the experience effortless and unforgettable. The amenities were top-notch, adding to the comfort and luxury of the stay. Pascale was a wonderful and attentive host, ensuring everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

On a été très content!!! L’appartement correspond à toutes les photos. On a passé une semaine agréable!!!!! La cuisine est bien équipée. Le propriétaire est très attentif et toujours à l’écoute.

Très bon séjour dans un bel appartement refait à neuf et très clair. Le centre d’Annecy se fait par une promenade dans la verdure très sympathique. Un micro-ondes aurait été un plus.

Доступ в квартиру очень простой, через электронный ключ. Мелисса всегда была на связи и давала полезные рекомендации, куда пойти и что посмотреть в Шамбери. Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

Logement superbe , vue splendide , le chalet est très propre et on s’y sent chez soi , je recommande vivement !

Superbe chalet rénové avec grand soin. Très belles prestations. Chaque chambre est indépendante avec ses propres douches et toilettes. Le sauna est très bien (on y tient à 4 en se serrant un peu) Belle pièce à vivre. A 5-10 min du centre de Champagny le Haut (télécabine) en voiture et accessible en navette (3 min à pied du chalet. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement avec 10 couchages pour notre équipe de volley était impeccable, conforme à la description et bien situé, à 10min d'Annecy. Notre hôte Fabienne était très réactive. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Fab chalet, lovely views, well stocked kitchen with fondue and raclette machine. Walkable to Combloux centre and 5-10 mins from Combloux ski and Princess lift if St Gervais and Megeve extended area.

Logement à proximité des pistes. Très pratique pour ceux qui veulent skier. Le domaine du grand massif est vraiment top. Appartement de très bon rapport qualité prix. David est très réactif et donnent beaucoup d'informations de l'arrivée au départ. Je recommande.

Great place to stay for Ski and Mountain lovers. The apartment is very functional and with games and toys for kids. Our family loved to stay there and we will come back for sure!

We had a lovely stay at Rachel's place at the end of Feb. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious with a brand new bathroom. We felt right at home. It was very easy to walk into the center of St Gervais. Access to the gondola was very close. If you're skiing leaving your gear at le Bettex in a locker is ideal that way you can take the gondola and go straight into town for après and ski! / Dinner! Rachel was a great host she will respond immediately if you have any questions. St Gervais is a beautiful town full of authenticiy and the local people are very friendly. We would recommend La Galetta, (creperie .........) and the 2 bars (la Montagne and le nordique) We will definitely be back. Thankyou Rachel

merci pour ce merveilleux séjour dans ce si bel endroit :) le logement est parfait.. super bien équipé.. joliment décoré.. très agréable avec ses deux terrasses et le parking juste en face.. au calme face a la montagne.. tout en étant a 2 minutes a pied d un supermarche.. merci pour ta flexibilité et ta disponibilité.. on a adoré!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Fabienne. Tout est conforme à la description. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et fonctionnel. La localisation est parfaite pour les skieurs (ski aux pieds) et le village (Belle Plagne) est très agréable. La station est vraiment grande et de nombreuses activités sont disponibles. Le petit + de cette location est la partie spa, piscine. Idéale pour se détendre après une journée sportive ou pas 😉. Fabienne est aussi réactive et agréable au niveau de la communication. Bref de bonnes vacances.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, on se sent extrêmement bien dans cette maison où il ne manque rien, la propreté est parfaite, les équipements qualitatifs rien est à redire et l emplacement est incroyable. Logement calme, très très bien aménagé avec 2 magnifiques salles de bain, se trouve à quelques mètres de l'arrêt bus, 10 mn à pied pour le centre ville. Kirsteen est très disponible et réactive à nos questions Merci Kirsteen, nous avons passé une très agréable semaine
