Holiday rentals with a patio in Les Chapelles

What a fab apartment we landed on. Couldn’t fault it in anyway though if it’s available in the future I’ll definitely rebook for another ski trip.

Excellent stay for two of 3 nights with Clara and Xavier who were able to welcome us with great kindness in this new rental arranged on the ground floor of their home. Both responsive and very respectful of our privacy, they allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. The rental is a newly renovated accommodation that already offers a lot of comfort, the garden furniture gives the opportunity to have a good time in front of a pretty mountain landscape, often in the company of their very affectionate dog Luna.

I absolutely loved this place! The location was even better than described—truly unbeatable. Being able to ski right out of the apartment onto the lift and seamlessly ski back into the ski room made the experience effortless and unforgettable. The amenities were top-notch, adding to the comfort and luxury of the stay. Pascale was a wonderful and attentive host, ensuring everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Very good stay in a beautiful refurbished and very clear apartment. The center of Annecy is by a walk in the very friendly greenery. A microwave would have been a plus.

The access to the apartment is very easy, through an electronic key. Melissa was always in touch and gave useful recommendations on where to go and what to see in Chambéry. Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

Beautiful cottage renovated with great care. Very nice amenities. Each room is self-contained with its own showers and toilets. The sauna is fine (we want to 4 by squeezing a little) Beautiful living room. 5-10 min from the center of Champagny le Haut (gondola) by car and accessible by shuttle (3 min walk from the chalet. We'll be happy to go back!

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation with 10 beds for our volleyball team was impeccable, as described and well located, 10 minutes from Annecy. Our host Fabienne was very responsive. I would recommend it in a second and would definitely stay again!

Fab chalet, lovely views, well stocked kitchen with fondue and raclette machine. Walkable to Combloux centre and 5-10 mins from Combloux ski and Princess lift if St Gervais and Megeve extended area.

It is a great location, perfect for skiing. Its a compact apartment but fine given we're hardly at home and had enough space for what we needed. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. David was very helpful and responsive. Thank you.

Great place to stay for Ski and Mountain lovers. The apartment is very functional and with games and toys for kids. Our family loved to stay there and we will come back for sure!

Accommodation less than 10 minutes away to access the televillage lift Well arranged, well-equipped, very clean No passage so very quiet

We had a lovely stay at Rachel's place at the end of Feb. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious with a brand new bathroom. We felt right at home. It was very easy to walk into the center of St Gervais. Access to the gondola was very close. If you're skiing leaving your gear at le Bettex in a locker is ideal that way you can take the gondola and go straight into town for après and ski! / Dinner! Rachel was a great host she will respond immediately if you have any questions. St Gervais is a beautiful town full of authenticiy and the local people are very friendly. We would recommend La Galetta, (creperie .........) and the 2 bars (la Montagne and le nordique) We will definitely be back. Thankyou Rachel

A lovely place in Chamonix - perfect for a small group or family. The views are amazing, you have parking, and the bus and grocery store are right up the hill. Hopefully we will be back!

We had a pleasant stay at Fabienne's. Everything is as described. The apartment is very well appointed and functional. The location is perfect for skiers (ski-in/ski-out) and the village (Belle Plagne) is very pleasant. The resort is really large and many activities are available. The small plus of this rental is the spa, pool area. Ideal for relaxing after a sporting day or not😉. Fabienne is also responsive and pleasant in terms of communication. In short, a good holiday.

We are delighted with our stay, we feel extremely good in this house where nothing is missing, the cleanliness is perfect, the quality amenities are nothing to complain about and the location is incredible.
